Best Repairs And Maintenance in Chicago IL

I live in lincolnwood and we’ve been using their services a few times and they’ve done a great job!! They’ve installed our water heater, cleaned up the gunk in our kitchen sink, installed a new faucet and pipe because our water pressure from the hose was low, and today they rerouted the kitchen pipe to the sewer!!! Every time they’ve sent great personnel and we’ve had an outstanding experience with Ron, the last 3 times he came!! He’s really thorough, addresses all your concerns and questions and completes the work with efficiency and accuracy!!! We will continue to use their services as long as we can!

Professional. Our heating and cooling company recommended Vanderbosch when we had an emergency on a Sunday morning. This was the only company (the company we usually use did not return our call in addition to other larger local companies) who returned my call and talked us through how to immediately stop the retainer tank leak, which was spraying water. A few days later someone came out to service it and explained everything about the hot water tank to us and gave us options. They were reliable and on schedule.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

We had an amazing experience with Brandon and Aidoun (sp).Brandon diagnosed our problem within minutes of arriving.
Our ejector pump went bad so nothing on our basement level (bathroom, shower, utility sinks, washer/dryer outlet) was going out to the sewer. You can only image the smell and look on my face when I tried to use a plunger thinking I had a clogged toilet.

These guys calmed my anxiety and replaced the old pump probably within an hour. It was quick and they walked me through the entire process.

The emergency repair was expensive but well worth the cost. Today we woke up to a fresh smelling “Mancave” as if nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend this place for any of your plumbing needs.

When our toilet clogged, Blanton was who we turned to - at first, to schedule an appointment for the next day, and then, when we realized the true extent of the problem, to reschedule for an immediate emergency call. They handled the change in plans cheerfully, despite the late night hour. Blanton plumber Edwin Sanchez and his colleague arrived quickly, pinpointed the problem, and were done within 15 minutes. Sanchez, in particular, was a great representative for the company. I'd recommend Blanton for any plumbing need, large or small.

We called more than a week ago to get an appointment. Appointment day comes, appointment window closes, neither hide nor hair of anyone from this company. I tried calling them in the last 15 minutes of the appt window, and the exceedingly rude answering service simply asks, Is your appointment window done yet? Well no. Then call back after it's past and no one shows up. Worthless. Call again after the window passes, I'm on hold for 10 minutes, same lady answers and tells us the service person will call. 20 more minutes he calls to tell us he never had a ticket with us. Now I have to wait until Monday for THEM to call ME back, most likely to wait another week for an appt. Nothing during the week of course because they have banker's hours and it costs time and a half for anything after 5pm, you know, when most people are home and available. The available 24 hours is a lie, anything outside of banker's hours will cost you an arm and a leg. Worthless. Save yourself time and frustration, find another company.

Burris and Sons has been our plumber since we bought our home. We can always count on him for an honest assessment and fair price. He always asks questions to see if we can fix the problem first before coming out. He teaches me new things every time he comes and I really feel that he has our best interests at heart. I also love that it always Black history year at Burris and Sons.

Mike and Kevin did a great job. They did their job the right way and found the problem to the core. Even saved us some money by finding the root cause. Now our plumbing is better than ever thanks to Mike and Kevin. We will be using these guys again for any future plumbing needs!

Savior Plumbers was super responsive with reasonable pricing. I’ve done my research with plumbing services and this company was professional and the best I’ve found so far.

I’d called another company who quoted ridiculous amounts and frankly the guy who came out try to oversell me. Garrity had installed a hot water heater quickly for our condo building, so I called for new seals on my toilets. They were quick, efficient, well priced and on time. You cannot ask for better. If I ever need anything else in Chicago for plumbing - I’ll always call them. Thanks!!

So this seems to be an affiliate Call center that directs plumbers vs it been a specific individual. Any random person could show up

So this place is sending “plumbers” who barely say anything when they arrive they just give you a dead stare and then throw out a quote showing price gauging. I’m shocked people like this even exists and get away … they send plumbers based on location so reviews are region specific.

I didn’t use them since their prices are ridiculous and excessively inflated

I had a sump pump that was not going off and my basement started to pool with water. It started raining really bad and I didn't know what to do. That's when I went to Google and found Chicago water heater and pump specialist. I was able to talk to someone when I called and get someone out the same day due to an emergency. Sam came out. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and was able to get the sump pump replaced and save my basement from flooding. I was very grateful. I highly recommend this company. They were fair priced very professional, and after taking care of my sump pump I had a few other issues with my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was able to give me a couple solutions and we most definitely will be calling Chicago water heater and pump specialist back. This company not only handles sump pumps but everything with plumbing inside our home.
