Best Repair Water Tank in Chicago IL

This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter and I will say that I will come back to Roto-.Rooter again the gentleman were very professional Steven and I'm not sure whathis partner's name is but both of them were very professional they got the job done they did everything right and I can take a shower again . I thank Roto-Rooter for doing a fantastic job I give you five stars thank you so much. I will refer Roto Rooter to family and friends. They cleaned up all of the area's they worked in. In this the crisis we are in I wanted to give them a hug but it was virtual hug. I pray that they are kept safe with the hours they are working. THANK YOU Roto Rooter

Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. He was very straightforward with his explanation and was very patient and friendly on the phone with me even though I'm just the potential buyer and not even his current client.

Angel and Nikko came through in a big way for me late in the afternoon on a Sunday. They were extremely fast at responding to my afterhours request, showed up immediately, and quickly went to work - saved me (and my neighbor downstairs) from a potentially expensive water damage repair. Hopefully I never have a plumbing issue again, but if I do, Power Plumbing will be my first call and I will ask for Angel and Nikko.

My mom has a building in the Lakeview area that we rent out to college students. We had issues with the toilet and contacted Apex plumbing who was highly recommended by a neighbor. They were able to come out right away and check out the problem. The tenants had clogged the toilet with tampons! Note to self: do not flush down feminine products. Apex was able to unclog the toilet and clear the pipes!! Highly recommend! The plumber was knowledgeable and professsional. The job was also affordable.
