Best Repair Shower Plumber in Chicago IL

Our water heater was not producing enough hot water and I called Rescue around 9AM Tuesday and was told that they would send a crew that morning. Jay and Sam came around 11:30 and we discussed my issue. Jay pointed out that our heater was 25+ years old and I decided that it was best to get an new one since it served our apartment and our tenants. I don't think that I've ever been happier with their professionalism and service. I highly recommend Rescue.

I live in an apartment with really old pipes and I’ve had a few plumbers come out to try and fix my shower drain with no luck.
I had Logan and his crew with rescue plumbing come and help me out with what I thought was an impossible clog. They fixed what 3 other plumbers could not.
They were professional, kind, and above all efficient. They explained the whole procedure and they explained the risks involved.
If I ever have any drain problems I am 100% coming back to rescue plumbing and I recommend them to anyone who’s who has a drain problem that other plumbers couldn’t fix.

Great job cleaning out catch basin!

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.

Ben did a great job and was very friendly. Showed up exactly on time and replaced our moldy water heater in a few short hours. Everything done in one visit. They cleaned up after themselves and were very informative.

I called Matt on Memorial Day morning and within a couple hours he took time away from his family and came over and fixed a plumbing issue with our bathtub faucet - a heavy leak that required turning the water off to the whole house. He arrived on time (despite the short notice on a holiday!), was very nice, pleasant, and professional, and fixed the problem in no time. And the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling him again should another plumbing issue arise. This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.
