Best Remodel in Chicago IL

I would recommend this company based on my overall experience with them. I used them for preventive maintenance and while the plumber who came to do that should have pointed out some issues with our boiler installation before proceeding (which caused us some hot water delay issues which we never had before the maintenance), they sent their quality control person (Josh) who basically fixed our installation issue at no charge (and it required a decent amount of work and materials). They did a great job and were very professional and explained the installation issue in detail and why it caused the hot water delay after the first plumber performed the maintenance which required draining the pump.

Truly nice to have a bonified radiant heat specialist on call. The service was very professional and knowledgeable.

We are scheduled to have them Friday but they came Highly recommended. look forward to future business !!!

We’ve had Jorge come out to service our place a few times now and every time he is prompt, professional, and efficient. We won’t hesitate to call the next time we need plumbing assistance. Also, I love that the scheduling app sends a photo and bio so you know exactly who to expect.

I recently used Power Plumbing and they impressed me so much I will be a customer for life. Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself. Lo and behold, their tips were right and they saved me time/money/frustration once again. Honest, fast, great value- can't recommend them enough.

Sam's Plumbing And Rodding has to be hands down the best company I have ever hired!! They are here when they say they will be, they get the job done right the first time. They never try to pad their work, if they say it needs fixed or replaced you can 100% believe that is what is needed to be done. They always clean up when they are finished.

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed. I highly recommend Loves Plumbing & Sewer!

We recently remodeled our kitchen, thought our pipes were all good. Discovered a slow leak in our basement. Reached out to Andersen plumbing to come have a look. They were able to come inspect that day and found that our main drain pipe to the sink and dishwasher were completely corroded. Our problem was fixed the next day saving us big $$$ and our beautiful new kitchen. Thank you to everyone at Andersen Plumbing for your prompt service and hard work. We will definitely call them for any of our future plumbing needs!!

Great service fast and reasonable

They came out on a Sunday and fixed my problem quickly without charging me an arm and a leg. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean and reasonable. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend Savior and will use them again.

Dmitry and Lenny were super! They were responsive to our sump pump problem and had a new one installed when our old one failed within 16 hours. Impressive when it failed at 7pm on a Friday night!

We hired captain rooter to help our family during a winter freeze in February. It was the only plumber who wasn't completely booked, and it appears that was for good reason. Joel and Jesse managed to solve the problem after several days of golden time and causing tremendous damage to the walls and floor to gain access. The entire time we were trying to be upsold to buy water heaters etc which was unwelcome when they were struggling to fix the problem. Due to the huge price tag they quoted our insurance and the other contractors who came to fix the damage to the walls and floors were quite unimpressed with the quality of work. Additionally, after informing them that the work they did caused both our outdoor hoses to stop working Joel gave us a run around and after two scheduled appointments nobody showed up. Steer clear of this business. I shudder when I see one of their trucks knowing that another home owner is probably being taken advantage of.

Casey is wonderful not only installed faucet but also replaced cold and hot water shut off. Wonderful job highly recommend I got more than moneys worth?

We replaced two 50 gal gas water heaters that had reached end of life. REI was prompt professional and competitively priced on quality equipment. All around very good experience with their service team of Juan and the owner Donal Reilly. I would recommend them to friends and family.
