They have a very nice staff. The electricians who came to help me with my electrical issues not only fixed the wiring but also found another problem that may given me problems in future. They also took care of the lighting bulbs. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the hard work they do.

I have used Kent and his team a number of times at a couple different properties and they always do an EXCELLENT job. My technician was Tony Juarez. He came out at the time he said he was supposed to last night and today. He was so informative on what was happening and future preventive actions as well. Even when ComEd was here, he led the charge on making sure they did their part so that he could correctly do his. Everything is up and running now and my family is so pleased thanks to him. Looked up Chicago electrician and found Arnold electric and scheduled an appointment to have them inspect our electrical panel that was buzzing. When we gave them a call and they said, that's not good, and immediately sent the owner Jack out. He came out and took a look and had everything with him to install a brand new electrical panel. We were happy with how fast they responded to our electrical issue, and that he was able to complete the job immediately. We were surprised to know that the owner himself was willing to respond to our emergency as fast as he did. My wife was able to sleep well that night and so did I. Jack is a great Chicago electrician and a great guy!

I initially contacted Paul and Peter to assist with replacing two ceiling fans. They were responsive, and appointment times were flexible. Dan Zimmerman is an exceptional electrician. He did a survey of our building and found several more issues than we were aware of. Lukasz was very professional and came to my house at a lighting speed (pun intended). He was always very communicative, and offered great advice for solutions. The best part was that he left my house spotless. I've hired many contractors before who had left a whole crime scene and never cleaned up the dust/debris after themselves. Very unprofessional service. We were having problems with the electricity in our building, and they came to inspect the panels. Ended up charging more than double the price they had quoted for the initial diagnostics, and the quick fix they did didn't address the issue at all.
