He called me back in minutes, asked for photos of my gas line needs and helped me communicate with the gas company, which was far beyond what was needed. After a couple of weeks being strung along by another plumbing company, I gave Karla at Drain Works a call and they were able to get us on the schedule so quickly for some time sensitive work that I needed done. I wish I would have just called them from the very beginning. Eric and Manny were unbelievably nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in our new home. We had a gas line capped, and also had shut off valves for our washer replaced. Eric explained all of our options, and we really appreciated his honest opinions on the work that we were inquiring about. Eric was also able to give us quotes for some other items that need to be taken care of, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future.
