John Baethke is everything you can hope for out of a great plumber. Right on time, professional and they got the job done. Nathan, who came out to do the servicing was extremely transparent about everything he showed up to do as well as informing me about the additional items that needed immediate attention. Great experience, great company and I would highly recommend!!

Had the guys come out to inspect my gas line as my wife had smelled gas coming from the furnace closet. They were able to locate the very small leak within an hour, explain to me how they would fix, and got it done in less than an hour.

Fast, honest, and skilled. They tell it to you straight, and fix whatever plumbing related issue you have. I called on Tuesday afternoon and had someone out on Wednesday morning, and had new toilets installed by noon same day. Highly recommend.

Haven’t used yet but will, the tech Chris and his partner were very informative and took the time to explain everything and extra stuff that he noticed weren’t installed correctly.

Chicago Quality Plumbing is terrific. Edwin is highly skilled, prompt, communicative and most of all, honest. I live in a 110 year old character house. We have had several plumbing issues of various sizes, and Edwin has consistently responded quickly, performed excellent work and charged fairly. On top of that, he is a great guy personally. I highly recommend Edwin and Chicagoland Quality Plumbing.

Pete and Noah were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time and were very communicative. They explained the issue with our shower and, despite the difficulty in getting parts for the random European model, had it fixed in just a few days! Two other plumbers had given us the runaround or ghosted us, so Pete and Noah’s work at Rescue Plumbing really stood out as phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Pete and Noah were amazing! Total professionals. They installed an outdoor spigot on our house in about an hour and a half. Pete was great about explaining everything, and the job was done perfectly! Will definitely be calling them again in the future!

We contacted rescue plumbing to replace our aging water heater. They were very prompt and did an excellent job! We had Vance come out and they even cleaned up the utility closet after it was all complete. I will definitely use them again.

I called Thomas on a Saturday afternoon, I didn't expect him to come to my home until Monday. He was there on Sunday morning. He had all the modern equipment to repair my sewer fast and efficiently. He was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. He will be my go to from now on.
