Cormac was wonderful, he was very thorough in his inspection to diagnose the problem, went over all of my options with me, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He also gave me referrals for a handyman service and a reconstruction company to handle wet drywall. I am so glad I called John Baethke & Son, right from the get go where a live person took all of my information and communicated well, I knew I was in good hands. I can't speak highly enough of the service Jesus and his team provided. We are first time homeowners and chose because of the great reviews---they're all accurate! He was so quick to respond, is really patient and understanding (i.e. answers a billion of our questions :-), gave a fair price for a large project, and completed quickly. We no longer have a big issue but they are now are go-to plumbers for anything/everything!

The plumbers destroyed my landscaping and fence they would not remove mounds of excess dirt I need to have my fence fixed they bent it up and never put it back properly and they crushed my power line from house to flood control it cost me 800 to repair they said it wasn't there fault and after sending them reciepts for repair they only reimbursed me 250 dollars the dirt never settled and I have to hire landscapers to repair sod and after reading their contract it said if they broke any of their tools on my job i was responsible for the cost of replacement

I had a water leak to the unit below me after 22 years of living in my condo. PATRICK, young, inexperienced plumber DID NOT try what 3 other licensed plumbers told me he should have tried to fix it (wax ring) but insteadREMOVED the cast iron flange unnecessarily which the 3 other licenced plumbers and the City of Chicago Plumbing dept (over the phone) said was placed in the right spot since I live in an older building and extensions or other means can get it the 1/4 above the tile from where it was. He has caused a very costly, complicated project for me because of his incompetence and the company not willing to keep me as a satisifed customer.
