Best New Water Heater Installation in Chicago IL

I can't say enough great things about Pete and his son Noah and the rest of Rescue Plumbing! Had a pipe burst on an especially cold winter day and Called rescue. They arrived fast and took care of the problem quickly. Great with communicating with my tenants to gain access then quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. Couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. Pete and Noah to the Rescue!

The plumbing issue here was quite the mess but Nathan handled it all with ease. He was incredibly informative about what needed to be done and he got right to it. These people are the epitome of shady plumbers. A repair had to be conducted in a hurry and someone less knowledgeable had to supervise it and they saw $ signs and took advantage of the situation. Charged $850 to replace a shower cartridge and a toilet mechanism - $50 of parts and 30 minutes of work for them. Refused to provide a detailed invoice (that I needed for reimbursement). Actually did not use the right shower cartridge the first time, but hid it and charged the money anyway. Only when I called them out on it, since the shower did not work right, they came back to fix the shower for real. Avoid, unless you want to be ripped off by a couple of shady characters.

Great sewer expert. Our condo building needs regular service to our catch basin and drain system, which they normally do for us. We just had a sewer line break and a sinkhole was developing in our yard. Mike and Chris were able to fix quickly. They are very responsive.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

I woke up to a busted shower that wouldn't shut off. I called Matt, and he answered immediately, arrived quickly, and diagnosed/fixed the problem on the spot. Suffice it to say - I will be calling Full Circle for all of my future plumbing needs.

By far the best service experience in 25 years of home ownership. Pablo and his company are prompt, courteous and remarkably efficient! They just recently came out on the New Year holiday weekend. One call and one service trip and the problem was resolved. They have even walked me through fixes over the phone to stop emergency problems. My family and all my tenants are so grateful for this company!
