I highly recommend Vanguard. This is the second time we’ve used them for rodding out the tree roots in our sewer line (yes, they grow back over time!). Jan is always very courteous and transparent while inspecting and performing the work, and always shows up on time with calls beforehand to confirm.

Wonderful company that I would recommend to anyone! We had several gas leaks in our basement and had our gas turned off immediately. After calling First Chicago Plumbing, they came out the same day, gave us a very fair quote, and were back out the next day to complete the job. They were extremely friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work. They even contacted us the next day to make sure everything was working properly after the gas company came back to turn the gas on.

I love how they send 2 people. The first one analyzes all if the issues and the second one does the work. Other places send only 1 person who cannot do both!

I won't use anyone else! Edwin Flores is an experienced, professional plumber who has never failed to impress me with his skill and his attention to detail. He won't fix what doesn't need fixing and I feel his prices are fair. Not only have I used him for multiple jobs but I have referred him to others who had the same experience I did.

I would like to acknowledge outstanding service and work ethic. I placed a call to Vanderbosch for a boiler inspection and cleaning for a 9 unit Condo in Chicago. I was sent John C. who came out about 4 days later. When our condo president and I met him, we were impressed by his professionalism and politeness. He explained our options and went into detail as to how they would reflect on the safety of our building as well as efficiency of our boiler. Our boiler had been neglected and took him all day to take apart and clean. Even though our building has the original boiler, someone might have hesitated to trust anyone to take it apart to clean. However John C. took pictures of all the original settings, documented them so that he would return the unit to it's original running settings. During this tedious and messy process he consulted with Hugh Hodur (the owner) many times only to find out that the settings were not correct for optimal efficiency. During this process he answered many of my questions and patiently explained many scenarios. Also he discovered a relay switch which will be replaced this Friday that could have shut down our boiler at any minute with out notice due to corroded wires. This company converted my in floor radiant heat to above ground 15 years ago. They were great back than but after yesterday, they have me as a customer for life, regardless of where I live in their service area. Outstanding and ethical. Thank you John C. And Hugh Hodur. Great service and qood quality

i had a blocked kitchen sink in my condo, and it was somewhat of a bureaucratic nightmare trying to get the coi that the property managers required. Edwin did a great job and put in a lot of effort dealing with the insurance company and the property managers to expedite this. Edwin kept me updated throughout the entire process. Jorge and his associate did a very professional and efficient job.

A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.

HIGHLY recommend Full Circle Plumbing! Matt is the owner and he will give you his full attention promptly and courteously. He's a pro and you can tell. Not only that but, again, his is polite, respectful and educates you fully about his findings. He doesn't push or sell; just gives you all your options. I haven't come across a business with such a personal feel in years. Will call Matt every time from here on out. No need to call around.

I was very happy with the overall service. The guy(Carlos) they sent was trustworthy and showed enthusiasm to do a good job in the fastest time possible. I needed a new shower installed asap and they got the job done within a week of my initial call. Pablo the owner was very professional and answered my calls as well as texts when I ever needed to reach out during the week the job was done. If you are needing a new shower and are looking for efficient, quality service for a good price I would highly recommend using this company.

We called Ed of W.W. Plumbing, regarding a water heater replacement. He arrived within 45 minutes of phone call as stated. The installation took place the next day, the process was calm, quite, and professional.

Lenny showed up at my condo within an hour of the initial call. He was efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the problem and what had to be done. Diagnosed the problem immediately (even given that my building's pipes are ancient) and fixed it immediately. He even cleaned up after himself and bleached my tub, leaving it cleaner than when we started. Hope he gets a raise! Phenomenal work.

Had a leaking water heater. Rafi and Lee had it replaced in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!
