Pete and Noah came out on a weekend to fix a broken faucet which was part bath/shower unit that I had initially thought would be easy to fix myself... After having experienced what it would be like to have a fire hydrant in my bathroom, I called Rescue, and was given a two hour time window for arrival. Pete called me to let me know when they were on-route, and they arrived on time. Conduct was extremely professional, and they were upfront about the problem and costs. Communication was 100%. I could get on with work while they fixed the mess I made. 10/10 would have them back.

Pete and Noah went beyond and above and were very respectful. Will definitely call and use them again no questions asked

Cant thank Rescue Plumbing enough! My mom's water heater was flooding her basement and no one would come out without a ridiculous emergency fee. They charged me a $99 emergency fee which was amazing compared to $300-$500 ER Fees. Benjamin came out turned off the water heater and started draining the heater. Thomas & Sam came in right behind him and we were up & running in no time. Thank you Rescue Plumbing!!!

I was recommended Burris & Sons by previous owner of my property. My tenant's furnace went out in the days leading up the polar vortex conditions, so I needed prompt and professional service. While Mr Burris was prompt, he was extremely unprofessional.

While servicing the furnace he proceeded to ask personal questions about my tenant's son's schooling, age, and hobbies making us both uncomfortable. He spent more time prying than actually fixing the furnace, which he did not even do. He did not believe me when I described the furnace malfunctioning and made multiple comments about how women don't check things thoroughly and how men think differently when it comes to these issues. After checking the furnace, he insisted that we stand on a stool to confirm that the air blowing was warm. It was not, but he insisted that it was and that the furnace was fine. He left without fixing anything and charged $100.

He also had difficulty getting up and down from the floor and physically getting around in general, which makes me question his fitness for the job.

After having another professional inspect the furnace, they immediately pinpointed the issue and came back the next day with a replacement part and a new thermostat. No thanks to Burris, the furnace is now operating properly. I would never recommend this company.

Bobba and Wayne weren’t able to fix my sink. They asked for 250$ to get my sink from slow draining to black nasty standing water. They basically made things worst. They weren’t able to put pipes back together properly twice so now I don’t only have standing water But a leaky pipe too. They weren’t able to find the basin so they left. I told them that my sink was leaking and had been bad for the past days. They didn’t even look at it they just left. I do not recommend this experience to anyone. Do not contract them they lack professionalism. Bobba and Wayne came 3 times and made things worst they aren’t able to fix the problem.

Edit. Rescue Plumbing was able to come in 1 days notice and found the catch basin in 10 min.

Updated: we used Savior again to evaluate potential water damage in our ceiling. They responded immediately and were at our home within the hour, gave us good advice at a reasonable cost. Reliable, professional, and trustworthy!

We needed a plumber to fix a leaky seal at the base of our toilet. Savior was quick, professional, and did an excellent job. As an added bonus, they fixed the water pressure in our shower at no additional cost. Highly recommend.

I don't understand how anyone can give Mike's Plumbing a negative review; I just had Mike's Plumbing do a big drainage job at my house and it was a great experience. I Definitely don’t recommend this company for any emergency service.. needed a sewer line cleared as I was having backup in my shower… charged 475 to clear shower line which they could not clear... didn’t tell me that price before attempting to clear line.. than text me a price of 650 to try & clear the same line thru the toilet… at that point I said no.. paid them 475 +125 for emergency service fee & they left with nothing being accomplished.. he did say. If I had let him drop a camera to see which line to clear.. it would of been cheaper but Ofcourse he didn’t tell me any of that in the beginning or the 475 price til after they attempted to clear line.... had another company come the next day & clear the same line for 275 & no camera needed…so basically they wanted to charge me 1225.00 to do the same job, I got done for 275 the next day.. ripoffs!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!
