Ali was great! He came out on the Fourth of July when we couldnt get anyone out and assessed and fixed the problem. Steps were made for mitigation and everyone was so professional and pleasant to work with. Gave us piece of mind in a stressful, leaky situation! Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough about Van Der Bosch! When other companies couldn't get someone out to help us for over a week, Van Der Bosch was able to send someone right away. The quote was super quick and very reasonable. Jose, our plumber, was extremely knowledgeable. They were even very flexible when we had a problem with our building water shutoff and had to reschedule. Jose went above and beyond and I highly recommend you give them a try!

Used yesterday 2/17/18. Second time I’ve used them and I am very satisfied. First time I had a bad seal on my toilet and the gentleman fixed in the first hour he was there. This time around I had a leak on the second floor and the plumber (Joe) showed up and helped me identify the cause of the leak in the first hour he was there. They didn’t milk the clock or up charge me and we’re honest about the solutions. They were also on time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will also use in the future.

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. They've helped us with a few projects in our house and are always prompt, communicative, and pleasures to work with. They are upfront about cost and prices are very fair, always providing top quality service and work. They really look out for their clients and the longevity of their homes.

Being an out of town property owner can have its disadvantages. Finding an honest repair company can be like finding a needle in a haystack. My tenants water heater burst in our Wrigleyville rental while she was away on business leaving us to deal with Apex Plumbing over the phone. They understood the urgency of the situation and eased our anxiety about not being there in person. Giving total strangers access to your property while away is not easy to do.

Chas assessed the situation, took his time in explaining the scope of work, quoted me a price and quickly got to work. I was very concerned with the damage and mess that may have occurred because my tenant wasn't going to be back for a few weeks. Apex Plumbing to the rescue once again. My rental property on Belden was having sewer back up issues and I knew just who to call. Having proven themselves trustworthy and reliable over the years, I have given Apex a set of keys to the property so they can help me in urgent situations where access is needed fast. Shortly after calling them I received a phone call from the tech on site who explained that we needed to have the sewer rodded. I asked a few questions as to how to avoid this in the future and they were kind enough to offer some helpful preventive maintenance suggestions. I loved the fact that they weren't pushy in trying to sell me things and let me decide for myself based on the knowledge I have received. Thank you guys!!!

These gentlemen came to my rescue in the blizzard we had this spring. After fiddling with my toilet for 3 days, I still couldn't figure out where a leak was coming from. Originally, I was told that they may not have someone come out today but hearing I needed help, the owner sent his son right over.
