These guys are GREAT! I've used Rob's company on two occasions, and while my plumbing issues were pretty simple, they were identified quickly and corrected in under 30 minutes both times. Kristine managed my appointment politely and professionally, and not only was I able to get a plumber (Alex) here the very next day, but he was on time and very friendly. In addition to swiftly fixing my clogged line, Alex also explained WHY this problem occurred and how I could prevent it from happening in the future.

These are the type of professionals we HOPE to find, but rarely do. I'd recommend Rob West Plumbing in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, friendly and honest plumber.

The experience with Chicago Plumbing Experts was totally awesome and the pricing was extremely reasonable. The plumbers John and Antoni and
everyone that worked on the projects with them did an amazing job and cleaned up afterward. They where on time and they got the job done in a timely manner. I have used Loves Plumbing and Sewer twice now. Both times I contacted John outside of normal business hours and he answered and spoke with me immediately, and scheduled a visit the next day. Last summer I needed my kitchen sink replaced on short notice and he did it right away for a very reasonable price. The sink has worked perfectly ever since.

More recently, I had begun having water back up around the drain outside our basement door during the heavy Chicago rains that have been slamming our area in May/June 2020. He and a member of his crew showed up (both properly masked due to the ongoing pandemic) and quickly scoped my sewer line and cleaned out the drain leading to my catch basin in no time. He is clearly knowledgeable and wastes no time in assessing and correcting the issue. These were (by far) the smoothest and quickest service visits I've ever had. And his rates were more than fair.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I feel lucky to have finally found the rare plumber who I can trust to get here quickly and fix something right without charging me an arm and a leg.

I definitely will use Andersen plumbing again. Greg and Reggie are very professional. Fixed my toliet and installed a new garbage disposal. I will recommend them to family and friends

Communication was great between setting up an appointment and the plumber keeping us up to date on their arrival. Geoff came out and gave us an assessment and was able to service our issue on the spot. Definitely would recommend!

Outstanding service, on time and early to start work benefitting my schedule. Expensive service charged from ABC plumbing that I got for 500$ less with Circle. A lot of experience with the workers and you can tell its a small business vibe making more of an important focus. Utilized them to install a plumbing cutout for easy access to clearing my plumbing which required them to dig a 9ft hole in my front yard. They did they work and put all my yard work back to where it was before they started. The best plumbing experience of the 3 companies I've worked with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY FOR YOUR WORK

NO NO NO! I had a clogged sewer/pipe and this guy charged me $350 and did not complete the job. I called the next day to tell him I still had waste pumping into bathtub and he told me he left town and he call me back in an hour. Never heard from him again. RIP OFF!

Relatively new home owner here (we moved in August last year). Hadn't had any real plumbing issues yet in the house until about a week or 2 ago. Suddenly when we washed laundry the basement slop sink would back up a little and super slowly go down. Tried to plunge and rod it but didn't work permanently. Later, the dishwasher started causing the backup as well. Then, the shower, then, even flushing the toilet backed it up. Now the water was actually s*!t water brown at this point even saw toilet paper floating in it. Figured it it must for sure be the main line needed rodding after chatting with some folks and googling. So earlier today we call Roto-Rooter, about 4 hours later guy comes out, takes a look at the access we have outside to the main, then says he can't rod it, gotta wait until tomorrow. Now it's way later and we can't use any more water (brown water backup in basement sink if we do) can't shower etc... aaaaand back at square one. We called 3 more places to try and ask, get quotes, etc. One place guy wanted to charge $800. Another can't come out until tomorrow. Finally after almost giving up for the night we call Mike's. Super high reviews on Google! (4.8) BUUUUUUUT only 4 reviews we say.... Well we decided to give him a call, worth a shot we figured. Call after 10 PM on Sunday night. (Today as of this writing, 4/23/2017). He was out here by 1105PM. Opened up the access quick, ran in and ran all the water with me, noticed now the upstairs bathroom toilet and shower we're backing up instead of basement slop sink. (Reason was now slop sink was clogged secondarily cause of the backup of the s*!t water) he helped unclog that secondary one (AND a bit of the upstairs shower too) at no extra charge. About 20 minutes later if even, heard the huge slurp and saw the toilet backup shoot down the drain. Everything fixed like 20-30 minutes after arrival. Big ol rodder machine did the trick. Also explained a lot of the plumbing around the house. Went both ways with the rodder too from the access just in case. Ended up pulling out a lot of roots and stuff (I guess usually it's roots, supposed to get the main line rodded as a preventative maintenance item every 6mo to 2 years it sounds like) Total price was better than roto rooter as well. Friendly, professional. Plus, mentioned during the daytime and when not in a hurry like today as a preventative maintenance item it'd be even cheaper too. Will definitely be calling again if/when another bigger problem calls for a pro. Very happy we went with a good local place even tho he only had the 4 reviews, and I'm happy to be writing the 5th. If you need a pro, call Mike. And then leave some more good reviews!

These guys were on time, they called 30 minutes before and told us exactly when they'd be here. They took a quick pic of our pipes behind our basement bathroom and after talking for a while about our issues they gave us some at home solutions we could try ourselves before we paid for a more expensive and in depth option. This speaks volumes on the integrity of a business. Hire these guys, they know what they're doing and they are not after your pockets.
