Edwin replaced two faucets in our house over the past few months and they are working great now. We will use him again for any plumbing issues we have.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I had an emergency where tree roots had clogged my unde ground system dirty sewer water was coming up thru my tub and bubbling out of my toilet. I was totally freaked out. I needed someone like yesterday. I called a couple places and could not get immediate service. I then called Go Rooter. They came out that day assesses the situation, told me what was going on and that they had performed a solution that would allow me access to my bathroom, gave me a time that they would return the next day of which they did with a permit and worked very hard . Before the day was over I had total access to my bathroom. The only thing I wanted an forgot to get was a copy of the picture they took of the sewer.

Walter was fabulous. I'm doing a remodel in the future and will be calling him.

Mike and Dan are very knowledgeable and honest! We were having problems with our sump pump . They came explained problem and fixed it quickly. I never recommend people, but I would definitely recommend them!

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).

Darrell and Anel came by quickly and looked at a few electrical items that came up on a home inspection. I was really impressed by their honesty and thoroughness. They were also very friendly and kept me up to date on what they were doing. They did a great job and if I ever need more electrical or plumbing work, Sims and Sons will be the first company I'll call.
