Best Hot Water Drain Jetting in Chicago IL

We have used Vanguard for some other plumbing issues. So when our water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit, we called Vanguard first. Jan asked for some pictures via email and then stopped by after a call. He recommended we do a full replacement after assessing our water heater.

He listened to our needs and looked at the existing system which included a recirculating pump. He made his recommendations along with an option to replace the pump. We agreed with replacing it all.

The next day his team showed up bright and early to get started. Jan stopped by to go over any questions. The team was quick to remove the old heater and then install the new one. Appreciated that they were able to get a new heater and installed in about 24 hours!

Would use Vanguard again and recommend them!

I had a leak from my water main and they were able to schedule me a visit right away (which is awesome). The plumber was really good and considerate and walked me through all the steps needed to get everything fixed. It wasn't a big job, but he really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly.

I called Mike about my kitchen sink being clogged. He arrived expeditiously and power rodded the drain and cleaned out the sink itself. I had thought that my garbage disposal may need to be replaced, but he inspected it and told me it was fine. He didn't try to sell me a garbage disposal that I didn't need. I appreciate that very much.

Dan handled all insurance certification paper work needed for condo association. Tim showed up on time had a problem removing old cartridge original over 40 years old he did not panic used good judgement and did an excellent job. If possible, please avoid this company like the plague. They have no sense of professionalism or courtesy. We have dealt with them on multiple occasions before and actually had to hire a different group of plumbers to assess the situation. We have them the information of where we were told the leak was by a group that can actually do their jobs.They completely disregarded our comments and continued to do whatever work they deemed “correct”. We are only using them because the home owners association is forcing us to even though they have not been able to solve this problem for the past year and a half. They also just destroyed our entire shower wall because they are still unable to find the problem. 0/10
