The plumbers Pete and his apprentice Noah were knowledgeable (educated me about the toilet I purchased), helpful (hauled away materials), and eager to do the job right. Our plumber, Nathaniel Moffet, was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He told us all our options and fully explained the work he did. The photos were a pleasant surprise.

During heavy rains, water backed up in a drain just outside our basement door. Water flooded the basement floor. We called Vanguard, which we have used four times before, and sent pictures of the drain. The next day they set up an appointment for two days hence, then called later because they could come a day earlier. The two Vanguard servicemen quickly assessed the situation, removed the drain cover and began clearing the drain. At one point I saw one worker with his arm almost completely in the drain as he removed the dead leaves and other materials that caused the clog. The workers used our hose to flush the drain, making sure the water flowed to our sump pump and out into city sewers. It all took about 20 minutes.

Edwin did an amazing job both diagnosing and quickly fixing a burst pipe we had. When we had problems with the same line a few weeks later, Kurt and Ted returned to help us quickly diagnose. These guys are masters of the trade, polite, and friendly. We will absolutely use them again!

This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!

I called Rescue Plumbing Saturday afternoon to assist with a toilet issue and they were at my door the next morning to fix the issue! They were speedy and provided detailed feedback on what needed to be done to fix the toilet. We did have to pay a $99 weekend fee, however it was worth is knowing that we only have a single toilet. I would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends!

A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

I feel this company is fair priced and will tack on extra items. This is a very trustworthy company. I only call them.

Have a large tree in parkway with my sewer line under it. Have used Bubba and Wayne for over ten years for a once a year cleaning. Gas line replacement crew in fall used cameras in everyone’s sewer , saw lots of roots . Now twice a year cleaning, we have old clay pipes and they are careful . Also had them repair mortar in catch basin. We also get senior discount

I had a great experience with Savior plumbing! To make a long story short, after a terrible smell and seeing water pouring out of my ejector pit, I knew there was a problem that needed to be taken care of right away. I started my search for a plumber, after leaving voicemails for 3 different companies, Savior actually answered their phone! The woman I spoke with was very helpful and empathetic. After explaining my story, she said she needed a few minutes but would definitely get someone out to me that day. Within 10 minutes she had a plumber come out to see me. When Henry showed up, he immediately told me that I needed a new ejector pit and quoted me a reasonable price. He said that he would do his best to be back by 5 with the pump and would have it done. Amazingly, he showed up at 3pm, explained exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem without issue. Henry could have easily pushed me off to the end of the day or the next day, but he made my issue a priority and took care of it. From the first phone call to the moment Henry left, my experience with Savior Plumbing was excellent, and I know exactly who to call if I need a plumber again. Thanks Savior!

Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals did a great job! They located the blockage in our sewer drain, recommended a solution and then eliminated the blockage. They were very professional and did a great job!! I am recommending them to all my friends.
