After trying to fix a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink and realizing it needed to be cut and replaced, I found Vanguard via a Yelp search and received an estimate. I thought it could be a bit high, so I got a few other estimates and realized that it was going to be a bigger project than I assumed. I ultimately went with Vanguard based on their excellent reviews and I am happy I did. They set up an appointment next day and completed the job in essentially the estimated time. I also had them replace an o-ring on one of my toilets as we were getting sewer odors. Come to find out it wasn't the o-ring, it was a lack of a proper flange. So that also needed to be replaced. All-in-all, the quality and service were excellent. Will definitely reach out to Vanguard first with my next plumbing need.

The J Sewer crew was responsive, quick, and reliable. Jesus diagnosed a faulty installation for our sink disposal and quickly installed it correctly. I’m recommending them to all my neighbors and I’m looking forward to calling them for all my future plumbing issues.

Garbage disposal died and First Chicago Plumbing came out and took care of it quickly. The best part was that the plumber took the time to educate me on how my kitchen plumbing works. I learned a lot and feel like I now have an understanding of how it all works.

Dave and Anthony were great! I was truly impressed- They are honest and have fair prices. I was really impressed by their service and work, not to mention they are forth generation. We had a problem with our basement toilet and we felt like it was impossible to fix but these two brothers worked together to find a solution and they did. My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.) I highly recommend hiring Juan/Go-Rooter. I’m glad our building has him as our go-to plumber.

CPE was very professional and knowledgeable about the problems that did exist with my sewer pipes and could arise. They answered every question I asked without hesitation.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company. Notice how they only respond to positive reviews. A clear sign that they sre not a reputable company.. A few days ago I contacted Mike from Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer. He came out to our association in Lakeview as was fantastic! He was cordial & friendly not just over the phone, but in person. He was on-time, and, he wanted to ensure he got the lay of the land as he assessed our issue - wasn't cocky as though he knew everything. His experience, patience & professionalism showed as he took the time to explain our issue in layman's terms, but not in a condescending manner. I felt comfortable with him & strongly advise anyone to contact Mike to any of your plumbing needs!

I found this company from Google and it had good reviews. I was in need and just kept my fingers crossed while I dialed the number... needless to say, the reviews were sooooo right!!!! I can’t thank them enough! Everything went great and the entire team was so nice and helpful! I REALLY hope you give them a call. They truly deserve all the praise and good business that they can handle! No complaints at all!

Great Service
I called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.

Appreciate the professional, reasonably priced and responsive service that was explained to us in detail every step of the way. No leaks since!

Tom was awesome. Gave me a great quote on toilet repair. Cash. And was done within 30 mins. Just like the other reviews very friendly, explained what he did and said if thr problem happened soon to just let him know because it could be other issues. Cleaned up afterwards , put everything back which wasnt necessary...lol. I would hire Tom again for plumbing issues in a heartbeat. Great neighborhood plumber in Dunning area.

Bob is wonderful. We are renting an apartment in Chicago, and Bob came in and handled everything professionally and quickly. He managed all communications with the landlords and did a stand up job.

I Called Rodding Rooter they came out rodded my sink and bathtub. I am very pleased with the job they did. will use again if I ever need plumbing.
