Although they picked up on my initial phone call, after I sent follow-up videos and images of the work required, they went completely ghost. No reply texts or phone calls, even after I sent a friendly reminder. Pretty significant job, too. Their loss.

We called Apex for same-day service, which they were able to provide. Their staff was very responsive. They were able to get a plumber out to our house within a couple of hours of my initial call. I called Eric shortly after 9:00am to have a kitchen faucet replaced. By 11:45am he had picked up a new faucet and before 12:30pm the job was complete. Thanks for the quick and easy service.

Excellent service. He came in on short notice after I called about having issues with my main sewer line which was backed up. He was able to fix it in a couple of hours and gave me a walk through of what he was doing. He explained how the plumbing in my house work and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable for sure. He was very nice and it was a pleasure having him fix the issues I was having. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

Performed a complete reconfiguration to replace and repair the broken drainage copper pipe from the kitchen sink. Also installled new replacement Zoeller sump pump on the same day. Will recommend Zunica if you have an emergency.

Never showed up after 6 hours of waiting. 4 calls later they finally just flat out cancelled.

Ben was great! He arrived early and waited for me to arrive at my new home - listened to what I needed repaired and presented me with options that he took care of on the spot. He made several trips to a nearby hardware store to get parts and even made a special trip back to install a facet for me after he located a special nut to complete the project. I called on a Friday after I had water in my basement from heavy rain storms. They were there Saturday morning to assist me. They took care of the issue and I no longer have water in the basement and the water is not backing up even after several more days of rain storms. My plumber was David and he was very professional and he kept me informed of everything he was doing.

Had a plumbing issue and they kept delaying on when they would show up for our appointment all day. The last time they said oh we couldn't get there until 8:00 p.m. is that okay and we said sure that's fine we just wanted to get this handled and then they never showed up and never called or texted after that. Terrible service.
