Chris and his associate (feel terrible, don’t remember the name!) we’re amazing. We had an issue with water leaking into our below neighbors from our bathroom. They were able toCome out the next day, diagnose the problem and quickly fix. They were super professional, knowledgeable and a plus for dealing with our very excited dog. Would highly recommend and we’ll be using again if we ever need to.

I went downstairs to do a load of laundry and noticed water & some type of backup all over my laundry room, utility room and wet carpet inbetween. I didn't know where to start and gave Apex a call. Incredibly professional from the initial call through the service. They arrived in less than 30 minutes!! Quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed Ejector Pump. They had the parts and equipment to service on the spot, provided me with honest options to resolve and quickly got to work. Truly a 5-star experience all around. Friendly service, knowledgeable work and complete transparency. It is a family run business and it shows from the dedication to customer service, being straightforward in explanation and ability to guarantee their work. Can't say enough positive things about Apex and will be the only company I call with any future needs.

Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

Stopped up toilet. Two plumbers arrived on time and wore covers over their shoes. It took 5 mins to fix the toilet and the cheapest price offered (which I picked) was over $350! They gave me 5% off for being a senior citizen. What a rip off.

Absolutely GREAT experience having Kavana fix our gas leak/plumbing. This was an issue that we needed solved immediately and Kavana was very professional and accommodating!! When my family and I moved in to our new house we were unaware that there would be a host of plumbing issues that required immediate attention. I called around to get quotes and not only did these guys give me the best price but Mike was the guy who actually took the time to explain what was going on and lay out all my options clearly so we could come up with a plan that worked for us and our budget. I will use these guys anytime something comes up with my house and it’s old, old pipes. Friendly, professional, honest; for someone like me who knows nothing at all about plumbing I needed to have someone I can trust to usher me through these issues as they came up. Had a serious sewer issue last week . John came over very quickly. He assessed the issue and started work the next day. It was a multi day job and his team worked as fast and efficiently as possible to get the job done right. He also helped me navigate with the insurance company to get a quick reimbursement.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company. Notice how they only respond to positive reviews. A clear sign that they sre not a reputable company.. Matt was very helpful in explaining what I needed in my kitchen and the master bathroom. He told me I would need shut off valves in both kitchen and bathroom. After he was done with my kitchen and master bathroom I was very pleased. I would have Full Circle Plumbing back to my house because he does a great job. I would recommend him to all my friends and to the people in my complex.

I had a simple need (replace a shower faucet cartridge that was ancient , stuck really tight, and now stripped) but needed assistance pretty quickly. I tried calling a fair number of places, and they did the job faster and far more affordable than others. Plus, they were friendly and sociable. Will definitely look them up first in the future.

These guys were on time, they called 30 minutes before and told us exactly when they'd be here. They took a quick pic of our pipes behind our basement bathroom and after talking for a while about our issues they gave us some at home solutions we could try ourselves before we paid for a more expensive and in depth option. This speaks volumes on the integrity of a business. Hire these guys, they know what they're doing and they are not after your pockets.
