He responded promptly and courteously and stayed in touch with us until the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend the services of Vanguard Plumbing and Sewer. If only other tradespeople and businesses would render services in the same highly professional manner as Vanguard. It was a pleasure to work with him as he solved this problem.

I scheduled a repair for a shower head. Since weekends were an additional charge, I took an off day from work and scheduled it for first thing in the morning. When the appointment time came, no call and no show. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience with one of their drivers in my community – passing on the left into traffic, behaving in a reckless manner. The owner reached out to discuss it via Yelp, but before I could even reply back he managed to get it appealed because it wasn’t a direct interaction with their business. How a vendor carries itself when working in a community – professionalism, respect, etc reflects on the broader business – and how they will treat you and your home.

Maryann was very customer friendly very informative. The plumber did not give me the same price Maryann quoted, she quoted 150.00 per hour, he wasn't even here a good 25min, and he charged me 165.00 dollars, but it is what it is. I understand that if they are here for 15min its still 150.00 dollars, but why would he charge me a extra 15.00 dollars. I've known Mr yerkes for many many years, he was always very knowledgeable, and helpful with any Diy project I was doing, by me being a female I made many mistakes, and Mr yerkes had many laughs on me, he his a great friend .I wish he still had his hardware

John Love and his team quickly stepped in to diagnose and repair multiple breaks in my main sewer line. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with. We recently remodeled our kitchen, thought our pipes were all good. Discovered a slow leak in our basement. Reached out to Andersen plumbing to come have a look. They were able to come inspect that day and found that our main drain pipe to the sink and dishwasher were completely corroded. I got two quotes to replace an old metal drum trap underneath the shower and Psp Plumbing was 55% lower than their competitor's price. Both companies said the job was 2-4 hours. Psp Plumbing was able to give a quote based on photos sent, gave a certificate of insurance, gave their company W-9, and offered flexible financing all before starting any work.

The replacement was completed the right way and within 2 hours. They arrived on time, professionally dressed, had all the correct parts, and removed all trash before they left. They also noticed and took the time to bring to my attention other plumbing violations and explained clearly the hazard associated.
