Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

The booster pump for my water began leaking so I called Apex in the morning. They arrived within 30 minutes and gave me a free estimate along with a few options for what I could do. I decided to have the pump replaced with a better model. They went to get the pump right away, returned and installed it all within a few hours. Chuck and Aiden did a great job and I highly recommend their work!

Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. He is VERY knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with services and up-charging. He finished the job quickly, efficiently and even tested the sink and dishwasher to make sure I was happy with his work. Bob from Power Plumbing. He came out to give my condo association a comparative quote for some work on a pipe under one of the garden units. He identified the pipe might not be in use. We need to do a little further investigation, but it looks like if we don't need to get the work done, it will save the building $15k!

Great workers excellent plumbers

I have had a very poor experience with this company.

First, they missed their appointment and didn’t give me any notification - they never showed up day of. I was told they would come first thing the following morning but the plumber did not arrive until the afternoon.

I hired them for a simple job of replacing a leaky valve and also replacing a water faucet I had already purchased. Ultimately, I was charged $520 (labor alone) for what I would consider a basic job. The service fee of $120 was not waived or deducted from the final bill.

After the job, I noticed a pool of water below the sink and had to call him back. Even after the second visit, there was still a leak so I had to call him back a 3rd time to finally finish the job.

Lastly, I was supposed to get a quote for installing a disposal but that never came even though I asked for it twice.

Huge waste of time and money.

Excellent experience with Patrick - he diagnosed a problem we were having, established a plan, came back and fixed it. he was on time, courteous, and honest. We'll call and request him specifically for any plumbing services needed moving forward.
