I've worked with Jesus and his team twice, both times great service and professionalism. We had a clogged drain line last year that they inspected and hydrojetted, they also found a broken pipe (luckily it was on the city's side). They helped with the repair permit and with showing the broken pipe to the city inspector. We used them again this year for camera and root removal. Great team, definitely recommend!

They assessed issues, explained them and then fixed them, and even cleaned up and took large debris that garbage truck might refuse.
I hope not to have future plumbing problems but if I do, I will call First Chicago Plumbing.

Rob and his crew are professional and think out all the details to the job at hand. My project has been ongoing for a few years and these guys have been there every step of the way. A new shut-off valve was needed to replace an existing one which no longer functioned and had a slow drip, connected to a basement toilet. The toilet also needed repairs to prevent it from randomly running causing excess water usage. Jacob (technician from Goode) was able to handle both repairs, arriving very timely and completed the work in a very short time period. He was responsive, understood the issues, and went above and beyond in his visit, showed concern for any other issues that may exist, and actually made a few minor adjustments on other items while here. We discussed other potential future projects, and he sent estimates later the same day, with no pressure to move forward on them until we are ready. I highly recommend Goode, whose services we have used for a number of years, and Jacob for his performance demonstrated on this job.

Chas was punctual, polite and very thorough in fixing 2 toilets in our house. He knew exactly what to do and when he didn’t have the replacement part in his van, he went to the store to pick it up.
