Jan and his team were on time, courteous, and very friendly. They repaired a leak with my sink and installed a garbage disposal. They were within budget and were willing to help me with future problems, should they occur.

I highly recommend for anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I was super excited to have a new dishwasher installed today, only to find they refused to complete the install because the water shut off valve to the dishwasher wasn’t working properly. They told me to notify them when it was fixed so they could reschedule.

I saw Apex’s positive reviews and decided to give them a call for this relatively small job. The first person to answer was very kind, and told me the team would be in touch soon. Not even 20 minutes later I was on the phone with their dispatch team being told someone would be on site same day, in the next 5 or so hours. I got a call from Jon less than an hour later. Everyone I spoke to was positive and professional.

Service was excellent, prompt, and the team was willing to double check all the valves in my condo just to be sure the dishwasher was the only one needing to be replaced as a part of their complimentary estimate. While it may have cost less to get the part and give the replacement a go on our own, but having the job done right, done well, and done quickly was totally worth it. I’d use these guys again in a heartbeat!

Juan was prompt and saved the day. He worked quick and efficiently and made sure to not only get the resolution down but he also helped educate me on the underlying problems and how I can do this quick and easily next time. This selfless act of kindness is greatly appreciated and is above and beyond what I expected. If you have the privilege of working with Juan I know he’ll make your day as well. It’s important for me to say not your company, it was truly JUAN changed my perception on being scared to call a plumber/handyman.

J Blanton was great. They were available the same day and the two professionals were efficient and knowledgeable. They are a bit pricey but worth the effort. I called roto rooter 5 times before and they never replied. Do not use that company.

Henry was prompt professional and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure our upstairs bathroom was repaired properly. Would definitely recommend to others.

Patrick did a very professional job from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a better plumber. Our under granite sink looks great and the faucet works flawlessly with no leaks. He was attentive to any concerns we had and readjusted things until we were satisfied.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I was charged $1,040 to ultimately disconnect/reconnect a sink and faucet installation.

I originally requested to have a garbage disposal installed with the sink re-connection. However, the plumber was unable to successfully connect the garbage disposal wiring from the prior disposal to the new disposal, after multiple attempts. The plumber's competency was a bit questionable for this task.

Additionally, the wall pipe was too high to connect the disposal drain and effectively drain the sink water. However, instead of performing a simple measurement to help determine whether the wall pipe was too high - the plumber attempted for over an hour to try to find a drain configuration that worked.

I understand why the requested garbage disposal installation was not feasible b/c of the wall drain location. However, the fact that APEX needed hours to diagnosis that a garbage disposal installation was not feasible makes me question plumber's honesty or competency.

I understand that there are labor/material costs for a plumbing service.
I am happy to pay for a plumber's labor. However, I am NOT happy to pay (over $1000) for hours and hours of labor for a plumber to 'figure it out' whether the requested job is feasible.

Incredible service and unbeatable price. I've been a homeowner for 40 years (three different places), and rank Garrity among the best providers I've experienced. He installed a new water heater for much less than the competition, did it professionally, with excellent communication, and everything as explained up front. I couldn't be more pleased (and impressed).

Had a problem with my kitchen drain, called Accurate and Jeff was able to come out immediately to diagnose and expertly fix my issue. I'm more than happy with the service, however I ended up paying significantly more than I was originally quoted due to the job taking just about an hour... time was taken sitting out front when he got here, going back and forth to the van, removing gloves and taking other customers' phone calls, etc. If I'm paying by the minute then you should spend every second on my job. Seemed like milking the clock to wipe up, take time to write out invoice by hand, all to tell me it was over an hour so I'll be charged an additional $80. Not cool. Charged me for the extra ½ hour then took off quick, so he could charge the next customer for that same time, leaving my floor and under my sink disgusting, splashed with black muck from the drain. The sink on the other side was still clogged, presumably from back up, I had to remove the pipe under the sink to the P trap and clear it myself to complete a job I overpaid for.

I noticed Joe's repair truck in the alley and asked if he could check something out quick for me. He immediately responded, did a quick look and went right to work. The issue was more involved, but he had the tools and parts in the truck and expertise in his head. Issue fixed. I am happy. And loved that he had an apprentice which he coached the entire time. We will need this trade for awhile - glad to see him growing the technicians.
