Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

Mike and Miguel came out and replaced my P-Trap. They did an excellent job, they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves left no dirt behind at all. and got the job done in a timely manner. Called him on Saturday for a sewer back up, he arrived and rodded out the sewer line several times. Spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the line was clear. Gave me some advice for the future, prompt, professional and courteous.

Over Charged my elderly sister, left a mess, didn't bother to clean up, didn't put anything back, didn't cover up anything. Dust and Debris everywhere! She is asthmaticandthe dust went through the vents up into the house. Just awful! She asked about the warranty and he told her to read her contract! Called to complain was hung up on..told to leave a message for the manager no one has returned the call yet!! Would not recommend a them at all. Anytime you treat a senior the way they treated my elderly sister, they deserve not even the one star that I am giving them! Very Unprofessional!! Will never used their Business again!

This company is highly responsive. An electrician was on the way to our house with twenty minutes of our request for service. Enis offered us alternatives for replacing a light fixture which best met our needs. He was thoroughly professional. He cleaned up completely afterward. He observed Covid protocols too. I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company with any electrical needs.
