Loga and Omar were quick and efficient, and completed the replacement of a corroded pipe very cleanly. Their fast work meant that the water was only shut off for a few minutes, minimizing any inconvenience. They left very little mess once finished and were able to answer any and all questions I had. Jesus and his team are excellent. They have completed two jobs for us. September 2019, Jesus replaced a malfunctioning ejector pump for us. He was able to diagnosis and complete the replacement the same day we called. June 2020, they repaired our broken sewer main. Our finished basement flooded after the heavy rains in May. We have a good drain tile system and sump pump, so we assumed the worse. Jesus was able to scope our pipes and find the broken pipe fairly easily. Initially, Jesus thought they would need to break the tile floor to access the pipe, but fortunately, they were able to access it through the wall. Jesus and his team are very tidy and efficient. Jesus was able to have a city inspector out a few days after the work was completed. In total the work was complete within two weeks of the diagnosis (1 week was us dragging our feet on scheduling, because we have a toddler). I would highly recommend Jesus and his team: efficient, clean, courteous. Jesus answered all of our one million questions with professionalism and patience. Covid note: everything was as good as you can expect - everyone in masks the entire time, social distancing when possible.

Overall, great experience! Chas was prompt, professional, and gave us a fair quote. When a problem arose with the sink cabinet drawer not fitting, Chas adjusted the plumbing to make it work. Highly recommend!

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

Called him last week for emergency flooding in our basement. The main sewer pipe has been clogged and our drainage was not working which caused the flooding in the basement. The problem is that there is our central heating that was almost under water and we needed to fix this as soon as possible. Called him on Sunday and he kept promising that he will come the same day and he never showed up. Absolutely unprofessional! I had to find a way to fix the problem by myself.

This company is one of the nicest companies I have dealt with. They are very professional and reliable. I will continue to use them .

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!
