Pete and Noah came by today and were spectacular. They let me know their vaccination status first thing, and both were professionally dressed with clean shoes. They addressed all problems needed and gave some helpful advice for another drain problem that didn't need a repair. They gave several steps to be taken if the first didn't work, and only charged for what was absolutely necessary. This was the second time Pete has come, and I am more than pleased with his and Noah's performance today.

I am so pleased with the service I received today from Pete and Omar. I scheduled a service visit last night and they arrived first thing in the morning to handle our obnoxious washing machine drain problem that’s been a thorn in our sides since we purchased our unit years ago. Not only were they kind and professional, but Pete walked me through all my possible options for repair. We live in a “quirky” old building that has a slew of plumbing issues, not including those within our unit. They gave me information about our drain configuration that other companies had not mentioned and knew exactly how to tackle the problem and give us an estimate. We had them rod our drain while we mull over the estimate and plan of action, and they went above and beyond. After discovering my supply hoses were on their last legs, they set us up with an extra durable set so they will ideally last for years. They bill by the job (which I appreciate given our building is old and repairs are sometimes more time-consuming) and took their time making sure their work was sturdy. Pete taught me about things as he went and alerted me to a valve issue (and other issues) that we’ll need to tackle down the road.

I was just remarking to my husband several days ago that there’s no integrity left in business, but Pete and Omar certainly reversed that opinion. This means a lot, especially being a female client who is used to being talked down to or brushed aside. Thanks, guys!

John Baethke is everything you can hope for out of a great plumber. Right on time, professional and they got the job done. Nathan, who came out to do the servicing was extremely transparent about everything he showed up to do as well as informing me about the additional items that needed immediate attention. Great experience, great company and I would highly recommend!!

Everything was great. I have used Vanguard for many different plumbing jobs over the years, at my residence and at my rental buildings. Always satisfied. You may find a cheaper plumber but you get what you pay for, and Vanguard has always been well worth the expense. Thank you Jan and George!

Called at 8:00 am with a significant leak into unit below. They were at my unit within three hours identified problem, and gave me cost within 60 minutes. Price was fair based on work and new piping needed.

Great service from start to finish. Starting at the service call, the gentleman took the time to listen to the issue and share his thoughts, then we scheduled the free estimate. Chas came to do the estimate and he was just as professional, listned to the problem (floor drain backing up) , investigated (popped manholes and drain covers, looked at sink line inside) and promptly outlined his opinion on the options. We had a deal and Chas took care of the problem on the spot. 10 minute phone call on Friday, rodded and unclogged line by 11 Am on Saturday. Will call again and refer to others. ? Hard to find honest companies, Apex is one of them.

Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. They unclogged it quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and I plan to use Rescue Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

They saved us and fixed a drain under our house that was clogged by a root. They were out within 2 hours and everything was fixed in another 2 hours. They also explained everything to me so now we know what to do so the problem doesn't happen again!

After heavy rains I had a sewer back up in my basement. Victor and Eric arrived the same day we called them and quickly identified the problem and dislodged multiple branches from rodding the pipes.

Donnie and Kevin were exceptional. We had a leak coming through our ceiling and we came and got a consultation immediately, and scheduled time to fix the problem a few days later. They located the leak immediately and gave us a solution. They were super quick, efficient, and very cost effective. Definitely recommend!!!

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. Thanks John for all the help and will be using you for all of our plumbing and sewer needs going forward.

Just had Andersen Plumbing out to my home due to a clogged drain. East scheduling, prompt service within days, and definitely on time and very professional. Reggie came and diagnosed the issue to be coming from the drain out to our catch basin. Of course the clog was not a simple clog, but Reggie got it taken care of and did a wonderful job. Will definitely call Andersen Plumbing if any other issues arise. I am so glad we have found a local neighborhood company.

Jon was fantastic. My water pipe to a sink was leaking inside a wall that caused leakage though the ceiling down to the basement. We had to shut off the water to the whole house and needed an emergency fix. Jon arrived almost immediately after I called. He was very clear on price and what it would take to fix the leak before moving forward. He fixed the leak in a timely manner and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Jon and Apex to someone with plumbing needs.

Full Circle Plumbing and Sewer is simply fantastic. We had a minor issue to fix - faucet handle valve stem broke - but Matt worked the schedule to get someone out here the same day. Tony the plumber was super helpful, got everything fixed extremely efficiently, and consulted on some other things we need to get fixed longer-term. He was even happy to show me a thing or two for my own learning for the future. What more can be said - these guys are super easy to work with and schedule for a time that is convenient.
