I am grateful to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC for doing the quick fixes in my house. I just moved into a new home with leaking sinks that were supposed to have been fixed by a handyman. These plumbers came and did the repair work so good that it all looked brand new.

After my bathroom faucet developed a steady leak, I reached out to my regular plumber to schedule service. Because of his unavailability, I looked locally for another plumber and came across Goode Plumbing in Chicago. Their reviews were overwhelmingly positive and I liked that they have a lifetime workmanship warranty.Scheduling my initial inspection included a $60 fee, which I was not particularly happy about, but they applied it to the total quote after I chose to use them for servicing the faucet. They attempted to repair the original faucet cylinders to stop the leak but it did not do the trick. We had to call them out twice to attempt to repair the original faucet. In the end, they recommended we switch out the entire faucet hardware, which we did. They installed the new faucet quickly without up-charging me more for their service and they were clean/polite/professional. Overall, happy with the work. Would I use them again? Perhaps....Their prices are a bit higher than others and I knew this when I first requested service, as I read other reviews from users who noted the same. But they were fast/responsive and they stand behind their work. 4 out 5 stars seems fair overall. Plus, my dog didn't bark once while they were here, so that says something!

I just moved into a house and notice water on the kitchen floor. I googled plumbers and chose this company because of the reviews. Everyone was saying how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I experienced Mannie and I must tell you he is the best! I felt like I’ve known him for years and he is so knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, mind you he came for my kitchen sink but gave me tons of information from how to keep pipes clear and flowing to thermostat settings, weather proof doors to hot water heater longevity. Matt is a great guy with an awesome team. I've been managing a building for the last three years and give them a call whenever a plumbing issue pops up. It seems like it is always a ASAP situation and they always work to fit me into the schedule. Matt and his team have always been friendly and professional. The one time there was an issue with their work he immediately came back and fixed the issue at no extra charge. I know I'll be using them in the future.

Please do not use this company, we've paid over $500 for nothing! They were supposed to clean out our sewer but just stuck a camera down the pipe and never finished the job. They are not answering their phone and charged us for a repair they never fixed and said If we're not able to fix it, we're not going to charge you. Please beware of this company!!!

Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. I would definitely call savior plumbers again next time!

Honest plumber, the owner actually does the service calls. Could have taken advantage of me to fix my faucet mechanism but didn’t! Asked me to email him a pic of the faucet. He knew exactly what it was and when it was made and what to do….absolutely trust & recommend.
