We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

This company has been taking care of my sewer needs for more than 5 years. They first came out to replace the sewer pipe from the house to the main sewer because it had gotten full of tree roots so bad that it cracked and was broken. After that they have been coming out every few years to camera it to make sure the roots have not grown back always bringing a rodder with in case it is needed. They are professional, caring, competent, and I trust them. There are not too many companies that you can say that about today...

We reached out online on a Sunday for a shower cartridge issue. We received an email that evening confirming that they should be able to help early in the week. We received a prompt touchpoint on Monday AM for an afternoon visit from Jeff. He was on time, informative, and walked us through all our options and explained ahead of time the potential costs of each. Lucky for us, the cheapest and easiest option worked and he quickly fixed our problem. We felt comfortable and confident in their approach at every step and appreciate that they didn’t just say we needed to replace the part for several hundred more dollars! Thank you team. I've used these guys several times, each time with a different plumber coming out-- all have been very polite, professional, and did a great job at a reasonable price. They return your calls promptly with no hassle. Our condo building used them for a large scale project. I've used other plumbing companies in the area, many of which I would recommend, but Green Tech would be my first recommendation.
