Pete and his apprentice were early and quickly figured out the issue. They figured out where the leak was coming from and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend their services!

We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas. I picked Rescue Plumbing based on their reviews and they didn’t disappoint. They are very responsive (another company I called didn’t answer and never responded to my voicemail). Dex was the main plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable. Dex has a lot of experience and both explained and showed what he was doing. The prices are reflective of emergency plumbing but worth it if you need something fixed quickly and done well.

Representative Thomas Allen: Very professional & knowledgeable about the job; kept me informed of what the problem was and how he resolved the issue. I also I appreciated that he advised the work is guaranteed for 7 days. Great customer service! Will recommend Roto-Rooter in the future.

Vanguard Plumbing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were so fast to respond to my initial inquiry and scheduled a visit shortly after we connected. Both plumbers who came to my home were knowledgable + super friendly and were able to fix our issues quickly. The plumbers were quick, efficient, and exceedingly helpful and professional. They coordinated with our building's water shut off schedule. Rob was very knowledgeable on the phone and his office was responsive and flexible regarding the appointment time. Great service. Hope I don't have to call again soon, but will definitely be calling them if I need anything in the future.

Edited to add that I also hired an electrician and carpenter through Rob West, and they were both punctual and efficient. They did a great job on replacing fixtures, installing switches, and building and installing a custom barn door. They were on time, tidy, and did a great job very quickly. Definitely recommend their services as well.

We had an urgent need to have our main drain cleared. Go-rooter responded the same day, and were out in less than 24 hours to perform the service. They used cameras to show us the problem and video to demonstrate the resolution. They were professional yet friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

How refreshing to have a business run in such a straightforward and professional manner. The girl on the phone was very nice and was very clear about how they operate. Our serviceman, who's name i don't remember, was just as nice and very clear about what he was going to do and for what price. Plus, my backed up drain is now running freely. What else can you ask for.

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

I feel this company is fair priced and will tack on extra items. This is a very trustworthy company. I only call them.
