The tech was more than 1.5 hours late after being told 2 times he was less than 30 minutes away. After he came into my home and accessed the situation he went back to his truck and talked on his phone for more than 20 minutes before starting to perform the work. When he finally came back to my front door with his equipment, he was still on his phone. The labor took longer that I hoped. The tech was very pleasant and seemed to know his craft.

My go-to plumber for the last year. In Feb 2019 replaced an injector pump that flooded my basement on the same day I called him, very fair price. Just had him back to inspect a potential issue, he assessed as not a problem and provided some winterization tips for our condo, free of charge. Trustworthy and reliable plumber!

I recently used Power Plumbing and they impressed me so much I will be a customer for life. Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself. Lo and behold, their tips were right and they saved me time/money/frustration once again. Honest, fast, great value- can't recommend them enough.

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.

Unfortunately, this businessman is very selective with his work and very expensive. After the first time he came out to my home which was for an emergency pipe repair in the middle of the night, I called him again to come to my home and give me an estimate and explanation for water collecting around the bottom of my toilet. One he was done inspecting and had told us how much he was going to charge, I told him that my husband and I would have to discuss the issue as his estimate was a lot of money and we were not prepared to make that kind of financial commitment at the time. A couple weeks later, my husband and I found ourselves in another emergency situation as our main sewer line had collapsed and was causing sewage water to back up into our bathtub. He answered the phone and responded that he could not help us at that time and was busy working on another project. I found another company, figured out a way to cover my expenses and did not press the issue. We again had other projects that we needed done after that so I reached out to Mike via text several times. He never had the decency to respond. This to me is extremely poor customer service and a man that is too greedy to take care of his customers. Shame. We had over $8000 worth of plumbing work done. Be cautious with this plumber as he does not take care of his customers.

Sam is a very good communicator and possesses solid, customer service skills. He’s been very responsive, nice, and approachable. When he came to our condo, he took the time to assess our water heater setup, simplify the complexity to help us understand the fundamentals, and Sam provided preventative measures for us to consider. After our DIY renovation required more plumbing work than we expected, we called Tony on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate on what it would take to get our project back on track. Tony made time that very afternoon. He gave us a detailed overview of what was required, including options that would keep our kitchen up to code and was able to come back the following Monday to complete the work. Tony is also a licensed electrician and agreed to take care of some electrical work, saving us the time and energy finding another person to help with our project. A few short days later, we're back on track and ready to move on with our renovation. We can't thank Tony enough!

The technician (Manny) was very punctual and professional. He repaired the problem and offered additional information about my home that I never knew. I do feel the price was a bit high but hey my problem was fixed expeditiously.
