Best Basement Plumbing in Chicago IL

We found out we have a broken drain pipe in our main sewer line. We got on the schedule for the excavation/repair faster than I thought would be possible. I was told that when immediate repairs are needed you get put at the front of the line. That was so reassuring to hear. We had emailed the 24 hour service line when we realized we had a total blockage somewhere and was set for an appointment the next day. Field Supervisor Silvano Hernandez was incredibly professional as he routed out the line and showed me on the camera where the broken area is.He answered every question I could think of.We've used Roto-Rooter twice before and know that the repair will be done well. I highly recommend the company.

My gas was shut off during the winter due to a leak in my laundry area. J Sewer and Drain Plaining came within the hour, found the issue and had it repaired shortly after. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Staff was extremely friendly and professional!

I had a great experience with First Chicago Plumbing. They were able to give me an accurate quote before coming in and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. The plumber that came was very helpful and professional and explained everything he was doing. The price was reasonable especially compared to other plumbers in the area and the service was great.

The service of Apex was top notch from all aspects. This was my first experience with Apex and I contacted them from a referral. When they advertise same day service, they mean it. Chad was the plumber dispatched and he gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before his arrival. Chad was courteous and considerate when he arrived. I explained my issue and he walked me through the options of service I would need without high pressure sales pitch. He gave me a free estimate of the work I needed. All Rooter was able to help me with my needs. I was helped by Bert and he came out and explained what needed to be done. All Rooter was quick, efficient, and kept me up to date on the whole process. They helped me resolve my back up with no hassle, I highly recommend them.

DO NOT TRUST! I called with request and got price quote. First of all, plumbers arrived late and there was no communication about it. I had to call to find out what was happening. Then when plumbers arrived, they tried to upsell different products/services. When I didn't go for that, the price of my original request suddenly and mysteriously doubled. Yes DOUBLED! Using J Blanton is truly a waste.

A couple months ago my husband was out of town for work and during a rain storm I noticed my gutter drain was clogged up really bad causing water to buildup in our gangway next to our home. Called my husband, he told me to call Apex. Chaz the owner's son came out and got the clog cleared right away. He was really easy to deal with and really good with our crazy dog Wilma. Mike is an honest, caring, and incredibly professional plumber. He took his time to explain everything he was doing. We bought a new home and instantly had some major sewage draining issues undisclosed to us. He came out immediately and diagnosed the issue. His work is flawless and he’s priced fair and honest. Use Mike if you want quick and professional serice from a fair an honest plumber.

Awesome Plumbing Service

After our DIY renovation required more plumbing work than we expected, we called Tony on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate on what it would take to get our project back on track. Tony made time that very afternoon. He gave us a detailed overview of what was required, including options that would keep our kitchen up to code and was able to come back the following Monday to complete the work. Tony is also a licensed electrician and agreed to take care of some electrical work, saving us the time and energy finding another person to help with our project. A few short days later, we're back on track and ready to move on with our renovation. We can't thank Tony enough!
