Best Water Jet Service in Chesapeake VA

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

Had a bad hose bib and shut off valve. The technician called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Checked out the problem upon arrival. Made sure I was good with initial cost before starting. Finished job quickly and was very thorough. Emailed receipt with pictures of work. Easy to deal with.

In 23 years of business, I have never responded to a negative review or met such an unreasonable person as Mora. I am making an exception now.
Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar, who could not pull it out.
Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services.

Mr. Rooter fixed several issues at our previous home, including replacing our sewer line. We’ve needed them for some jobs at our new home as well, most recently was to install a new water heater. I’ve dealt with several people there & everyone is pleasant & informative. They show up on time, they always give me several pricing options & they do excellent work!

I have used Lanthorn Plumbing for years, Hot water Heaters, Irrigation systems and many other household items. They deliver what they promise, when they promise. I also had a family member that needed emergency service and they worked him into the schedule on short notice.

The price that I was quoted was what I paid on top of getting my service done on a holiday weekend! Shawn was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would.

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

I first used Lindsey Brothers at my home. They came out immediately and repaired the problem. A few years later i needed them again. They came out and wanted to charge a travel fee. They were doing a job in NC and charged me from there to my home. I called the office because this wasn't told to me. They wavered the fee. I then used them for my salon. He put in pipes too small for pressure that is needed for a salon using chemicals and he did not put the pipe in with an incline so that it would drain. The pipe clogged. I had two new companies come over and both told me the same things were done wrong. After calling and talking to Mr. Lindsey several times and he stating he would come over i gave up. He stop answering calls and text. He never showed up to fix the problem. I have to replace the pipes he installed. I did not want to go to court. I support black businesses on a regular. This was so unprofessional and sad.
