I called on a Sunday and I was pleased at the response and service.

the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. Probably the most honest man I've worked with in home repair and should be a first choice when getting work done. He explained all my options and what costs would look like for them. 6/5 stars!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

The 2 technicians that came to work on my tub faucet were very nice and professional. They fixed a very leaky tub faucet that was gushing a lot of water. They explained what they did and the further work needed. The biggest thing I felt was they were not there to cheat me. I've been cheated or tried to cheat, so I'm always apprehensive when I need work done. These guys were very good and I thank them and will be contacting Michael & Son in the future. Excellent!! A few days after settling into my new house, I came downstairs to see my living room flooded. Immediately called A-1 and Justin came to take care of us. Fantastic work, good pricing, and a load of knowledge of the situation. Turns out the caste iron piping throughout the house and exterior has begun to fail and I had roots in the main drain pipe. Justin spent 2 days getting everything back in shape and operable for the time being. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

I called Don immediately after the plumbers from American Home Shield practically refused to do anything for me because there wasn’t a mechanical issue when they arrived.
I explained what was going on with my toilets and how the issue was intermittent. He was practically able to diagnose the issue from our phone conversation. On top of that he came out first thing the next morning to unclog my lines. Turns out there was a bunch of grease (thanks kids) that was causing the slow drain.
He gets two thumbs up from me and I’ll be recommending him to any of my friends who may be in need of a plumber.

Tidewater Plumbing has saved me so much money on my plumbing and heating issues for the past 20+ years. Mr Martin knows how to fix every problem I have ever had at my house from replacing my heating a/c system to replacing pipes under my bathroom sink to finding a outside water leak. Mr. Martin and his partner Morris are true honest, polite, hardworking, very knowledgeable gentlemen. I would never trust my plumbing and heating issues to anyone else. More people need to have the integrity that Mr. Martin has.
