Best Video Inspection in Chesapeake VA

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

A-1 worked with my schedule by coming out before work the very next day. I thought I would need a new water heater and was preparing myself for a huge bill. Jeremy was very helpful and polite. He quickly repaired my own water heater and saved me a bundle. He easily could have told me I needed to replace it right away and I would have done so. Because of His honesty...I will DEFINITELY call them in the future when it does need to be repaired or replaced. Thank you!One year later and I have called again. We've used Roto-Rooter in the past, so when we had plumbing issues again, we knew we could trust their company. Dave (#5131) came out and examined our bathroom shower which was flowing regardless of being activated or not. He was incredibly friendly and thorough with his repair. He spent the time to evaluate the cause & fix the problem. He didn't jerry-rig or do a band-aid repair. He completely fixed the plumbing the way it should have been built in the first place. One of the concerns I have with plumbing is technicians doing quick fixes only for the problem to come back again. Every time I've used Roto-Rooter, they actually fix the source. I'm impressed & will continue to patron a trusted company!

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
