So I called A1 out to clear a clog in my main line. Initially the service was a catastrophe. The initial service tech made some big expensive boo boos. But I don’t want to make this post about that. I am super impressed by the response and care given to my home by the staff of A1. They accepted the mistakes and rectified them fully. Very honorable and professional. Not something you can expect from a lot of companies. Thank you so much A1.

I'm sure this is a fine company when it comes to the quality of their work but there is a huge disconnect in communication. First I was told there would be an $85.00 fee to come out. I had never paid for an estimate but this company was recommended by someone I trust as far as mechanical abilities. I called back a day later and talked to a different person and there was no mention of the fee. I scheduled for a plumber to come inspect a significant concern. The plumber was professional, took two photos and one video and charged us $125.00. It turned out to be a significant concern and needed attention immediately. I called numerous times for an estimate for repairs but never got a response or an estimate. It has been over a week and still no estimate. I wasted $125.00 and Lanthorn Plumbing missed out on what turned out to be a total bathroom remodel. Use this company with caution.

They came in and fixed two leaks in my wall behind the toilet! They were courteous, professional, and quick! I will ALWAYS use them for my plumbing needs!!

We hired Cecilia Home Repairs to restore our deck. They replaced the wood planking with composite wood and stained the deck rails. The communication via email was prompt and responsive. They ordered and delivered all supplies after providing directions as to how to select the product. The crew arrived promptly and even a little early. They worked hard and fast and provided a quality construction job. They were friendly and pleasant. The restored deck is lovely! Based upon our experience, we will definitely use this company's service again.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

Family run business that I have used on multiple occasions and the only plumbers that I will hire. They do not treat you like a number, no gimmicks, fair upfront pricing, quality work. Very rare that I would trust a company to perform work in my house when I'm not around but they have earned my complete trust and they are one of only two companies that I have allowed to work when I'm not present. They have completely earned a loyal customer.

Sean is responsive (answers the phone), understands the issue, provides a fair price, shows up precisely when he says he will, and completes the work in a timely manner.
