Best Sewer Lines in Chesapeake VA

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

I had my septic tank pumped out by Jacob who was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job. I’m sure he is an asset to your business. Thank you Jacob!!!

Making an appointment was easy! I was sent updates on tech being in route and arrival time. Tech called with issue, solution and exact pricing. Took payment over the phone and was very accommodating with my secondary request for repair of additional items. Great service, quality work and affordable price! I will use them for all of my personal needs and my listings..

I can see why this place has a very high rating! The guy that came to the house was professional, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what the issue was and went right to work, he was in a out in about 30 minutes! Very reasonably priced compared to other plumbing services in the area.They do offer a military discount as well!

These folks were on time and did everything to my satisfaction. They helped me make informed decisions about some outdoor water fixtures and repaired numerous things in my house.

I couldn't recommend a plumber any more than Richardson Plumbing. Never before have I had a service worker of any kind show up at 9:30pm on a weekend to take care of a job. Quality of the work was excellent and the pricing was completely fair. If you need a plumer, then this is your guy.

I have to give one stop plumbing 5 stars! Used home warranty and initially got referral to another competitor that took weeks to make initial contact. Ask to be transferred and one stop picked up the job. Tiffany is a service rep and her customer service was the best I have received in years. Carlos and his crew came out to assess old heater determined the issue, and recommended a replacement. There was a two day turnaround on receiving new heater and I was back up in running. I would recommend this company to any of my friend and family. Their staff understands the service industry and gets it right. Hard working Americans!

My husband and I recently purchased an older home in the area and realized that we had a leak in our guest bathroom. After several attempts of searching ourselves, we decided to leave it to a professional. We're military, so we weren't sure which company to go with in the area and heard about Tony from a neighbor who had used him in the past. He gave nothing but positive praise about the work he did in his home, so we decided to give him a call. After speaking with Tony for the first time, I had an appointment set up within the week and told him I'd heard about him through my neighbor. He knew who I was talking about without question and responded positively about the man. I felt great about the whole conversation! Morning of, Tony shows up ON TIME and takes a look at the issue and gets to work RIGHT AWAY! He finds the problem almost immediately and both my husband and I were surprised at how fast the issue was diagnosed considering the amount of time we'd put into looking. I was given a price and although I thought it was a little more expensive for us at the time, I had the saying you get what you pay for in the back of my mind! He even showed the material to me and I researched while he was there and it wasn't the low end products that most people put in. I felt like the fix was going to last and gave him the go ahead! Not too long after that there was no more leak. Clean up was also great; I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome! If in the future I need any more work done in my home we will be giving Tony a call!

There not all that great. Been called out twice in a years time. Blamed us for doing something we didn't do and neither time confirmed if they actually fixed the issue (water leaks). Came and changed all the flappers on the toilets and that's it. Never looked at the meter to see if it's showing water movement afterwards. Totally disregarded what we were saying to him. I say again Not All That Great. 👎👎👎

They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

Robin called me back quickly came out to my house on time. He had a positive attitude and left my bathroom cleaner than what it was when he got there. I highly recommend Robin with Bay Breeze Plumbing.

I had my hot water heater replaced today, by Mike. Very professional and friendly. Completed the job in about an hour. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone needing service. And a big thank you to Mike.

Lindsey Brothers Inc fixed my problem! Both bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs) were blocked. Initially hired a well marketed competitor who failed to do the job, (after calling them back when their first visit did not fix the problem and after telling me I would need to have a pipe replaced under my house to the tune of $4,500.) Lindsey Brothers Inc were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. They also pulled out a piece of equipment from a previous plumber that broke off in my pipes. They spent hours here, made sure everything was working right, and even cleaned up a previous plumbers messy work. They explained what they were doing, what they found and why they needed to take specific action. I will hire them again if I need plumbing services in the future!
