We had Kelvin come to take a look at our bathroom tub that was leaking through the AC vent in the room below it. He quickly found the problem & fixed it! He also was very easy to schedule with and worked around my busy schedule. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!

Andrew was on time very polite. Took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what he was going to do exactly to fix it. Very nice young man. Excellent work. Will definitely use Michael and Sons again. Intend to ask for Andrew for next repair.

The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

I would give them 6 starts if that was an option. I was having a hard time finding someone who would inspect our sewer line. After 20+ calls, we found A1 Sewer & Drain. They were willing to travel a little over an hour to provide me with service. I really appreciate that.The technician showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

I contacted Standard Plumbing to take care of several plumbing issues we had at our home. They were quick to get to us and showed up on time, very professional and went above and beyond to take care of all of our concerns. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Bill and Morris provided exceptional work getting my heating system back up and running. They were thorough with identifying the root cause of the issue with my unit and provided a fix at a very reasonable expense. This guy is a thief he hired me to do electrical work and tried trading me outdated studio equipment that wasn't worth a quarter of the work I did and then stole my tools what a chump and told me he was going to call someone to come check out my work to see if it was done right after I just gave him a great deal on a kitchen rewire that was done right and I went beyond the job and wired the 3 ways in the house correctly because his other electrician is a jack leg so Eddie if I read this I just want my tools back u can keep ur dirty money that u steal from everyone else
