Best Septic System in Chesapeake VA

I called this company because my grandfather had a plumbing issue which was considered an emergency due to him not being able to use either toilet. Nicole was very polite but the technician that call wasted my time. For one I never asked a price I just know my grandfather needed his toilet fixed ASAP he goes to tell me what needed to be done and how I could do it. If I wanted to know how to do it and if I could do it. I would’ve NEVER called for their services.

We had an inspection done by a company that quoted us nearly 5 grand in repairs. I called Brown Plumbing and Septic for a second opinion and they were so kind and helpful from the get go. They were out to our home within 30 minutes to re inspect and repair our system. They had it all completed in a few hours for less than half the cost we were originally quoted, and let my husband watch and learn throughout the process. Honest people and great service. I wish we would have called them first! 10/10 will recommend. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

Great customer service all around. Very polite in explaining everything and did a great job with the repair. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be using them in the future for any repair work. I would highly recommend this company.

We were just having our water heater flushed but the techs were amazing. They called ahead of time, to let me know they were on their way; showed up exactly on time and went above and beyond to take care of my concerns of what happens if my water heater goes out. Will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.

Jim came to my house because I was having a problem getting hot water to one bathroom.
He spent an hour and a half, figured out the problem, and gave me two options that would take care of this issue. He was very knowledgeable. I would call him back again.
