Best Replace Plumbing in Chesapeake VA

Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!!

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

A couple of months ago, my washing machine stopped getting water and we determined it was from the valve control unit Michael & Sons installed in 2014 so I contacted them to have it fixed/replaced. The technician sent out at first didn't even know what the unit was for and then told me they don't install those (which they did in 2014!). He did get water restored to my washing machine but not by replacing the unit - by cutting the pipes from the unit and connecting the washing machine to the pipes in the traditional way. He say is would be weeks to get another unit and when I asked him how many he said it would be months. When he did the repair, he was done in less than 15 minutes. I was left with the impression that he was going to do and say whatever he could to get the repair done as fast as possible.I miss the control valve as my washing machine is on the 2nd floor and worry about it leaking when I am not home. I waited to post this to make sure I was solid in my impression and it has not gone away. Normally I receive superb service from every department at Michael & Sons. This is not normal for them and I hope it was a fluke and not becoming the normal experience.

New to the area and had a leaky faucet. 1 call and my problem has been solved. Great communication and repair guy showed up ahead of time.

I have had experience in the last 6-8 months with at least 3-4 different plumbing companies in the Hampton Roads area and when I say I'd call Don's plumbing services over all of them...I cannot emphasize this enough. I had one issue that was continuous (unable to be solved by all the other companies) and one emergency issue that they were BOTH able to complete in less than 24 hours of notification. The owner of the company himself saw to both issues and they were here for at least two solid hours. They were unbelievable thorough, caring, patient, communicative and unlike some other companies that just want to get in and get out as soon as possible...you could tell these guys really cared about doing it right..which is hard in this industry when its difficult to know who you can trust and who is just going to take advantage of you.

Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

Repaired heat and hot water. Found corroded coils and suggested repairs. Installation of new system went smoothly. Everyone was so respectful and professional. Ben was great!

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.

This company is AMAZING! I had 2 other companies come out before and both gave me different opinions and pricing that seemed extreme. When I called Mr. Rooter they set an appointment for someone to come out. I received a text before Zane's arrival with his picture letting me know he was on his. When Zane arrived he was very polite and professional. He explained everything and ended up up saving me a LOT of money and stress. Thank you Zane for everything!

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.
