Showed up right on time, fixed the problem quickly, and price was very reasonable. Would definitely call them again.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

This company needs to have the Better Business Bureau revoke any type of authority they have. Never in my life have I dealt with a group of such unprofessional and overpriced people. They did not get the work done we had paid 8k for. The inspector even told us that for what he had done, we were severely overcharged. They had to send a technician out two more times and still never finished the work. When we called, CHANEL, the receptionist, argued with me, talked down to me and had the absolute audacity to hang up on me, when all we requested was to speak to a manager. We have no power and have had no power for two weeks because of this company. DO NOT USE MICHAEL AND SONS. They're a nightmare and shouldn't be in business for all their downfalls. If I could give negative stars, I would. Save yourself a LOT of money and a lot of headaches and NEVER use this business.

The professionalism of this company is unmeasurable, as well as pure perfection. They fully renovated my kitchen. A wall was also removed and installed a beautiful twilight fireplace. In our livingroom. Our brick ranch is well-aged and needed it badly! I I highly recommend this company for all of your home's needs.

I had an emergency gas leak in my house and VNG shut me off (good thing). Called Atomic and was up and running in three days. Would have been much sooner if it wasn't for the city inspector. Either way, they're workmanship is legit, their technicians are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Days before Christmas there was a smell that came through our heater, we called A-1 American and TC came out to take a look. Unfortunately at that point he wasn't able to find anything wrong. Christmas night our heater stopped working. We called A-1 American back and they sent TC back out to us on the 26th. He diagnosed the problem and we asked if it was possible to repair rather than replace, he said he would do what he could. Come to find out the unit we had was from a company that went out of business 7 years ago, he remained determined to do as we asked and he searched for all the parts. He was able to locate all the parts but the price ended up being just a couple hundred less than the price of a new unit. We decided to get a new unit instead. TC was very straight forward about everything with us, and we appreciate that very much.

Marcus came with the install crew. There were several people in and out all day taking out our old furnace and installing our new one. At around 6 pm he was the last member of the crew still here and he was bound and determined to have heat for us that night. He was working on it until around 8 pm, but before he left he made sure the heat was working. Unfortunately something happened and it stopped working in the middle of the night. He had been honest with me about certain parts of the installation that hadn't gone quite the way they should have and he assured me that even though the install wasn't done, he would be back out to finish it the next day. He was here first thing the next morning and got everything working just the way it should. He had also explained to me that in the installation process a piece of our ceiling was broke and that they would send someone out to fix it for us.

Aaron came out to fix the broken drywall in our ceiling and he did more than I was expecting. He did a fantastic job, and he even took a look at our outdoor unit that had started making noise a few days before. He was able to fix the noise problem, and highly recommended that we get our unit serviced in the spring to keep it in good working order. Which we plan on doing.

We are very pleased with the honesty, pride, determination, and work ethic all three men showed us. Not only does it reflect highly on A-1 American for having such outstanding individuals on their team, it reflects highly on them as individuals, and I would highly recommend TC, Marcus, Aaron, and A-1 American to anyone in need of heating help.
