I called this company because my grandfather had a plumbing issue which was considered an emergency due to him not being able to use either toilet. Nicole was very polite but the technician that call wasted my time. For one I never asked a price I just know my grandfather needed his toilet fixed ASAP he goes to tell me what needed to be done and how I could do it. If I wanted to know how to do it and if I could do it. I would’ve NEVER called for their services.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Jeff was amazing! We had an emergency which in the beginning had him puzzled, but he kept investigating all options. We were very worried there was water running behind the shower wall even when the water was turned off the noise was loud and sounded like water or loose pipes. He checked out everything and did a full assessment, we are so lucky he took his time and was thorough because it turned out my husbands razor was causing all he issues! Great laugh, but he was truly amazing.Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

As a renter of this property for 10+ years, not acceptable.
The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.
I was in the business works for 20+ years, and this is definitely not how you handle issues.

Absolutely great service! Scott and Jason did a wonderful job amending our plumbing for our ice maker. Only called a day before and Kristen was able to send them out the very next day. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Raymond replaced my water heater today, he also noticed the sub wiring harness that was previously on the old water heater was incorrect and replaced all 3 wires. Raymond has done an excellent job and will continue to have him as our plumber through out the years.

This originally was a bad review, but after working with the company, and verifying some justifiable issues on their end, they made every attempt to right the wrong. My issue was fixed and they were even willing to go above and beyond to compensate for time and frustration.This visit, were it the first, would have been a 5 star. That said, I apologize to Candace the Customer Service Mgr, she was very sweet and dealt with me when I was angry very well.A1 ended up doing an A1 job!

I called Don immediately after the plumbers from American Home Shield practically refused to do anything for me because there wasn’t a mechanical issue when they arrived.
I explained what was going on with my toilets and how the issue was intermittent. He was practically able to diagnose the issue from our phone conversation. On top of that he came out first thing the next morning to unclog my lines. Turns out there was a bunch of grease (thanks kids) that was causing the slow drain.
He gets two thumbs up from me and I’ll be recommending him to any of my friends who may be in need of a plumber.
