I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of. Belinda was very helpful on the phone and was able to get us in quickly right before Thanksgiving when our only bathroom was clogged. The technician who came out was early, kind, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process. Outstanding service.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Our AC stopped working about a month ago. Michael & Son came out and told us that a coil had to be replaced. It was ordered and replaced a week later. The coil is part of a shut off for when the drip pan fills with water. A few days later I noticed the carpet on the second floor, the ceiling, and the walls were drenched in water. The ceiling on the first floor was wet too! We shut off the unit and emptied the rest of the water from the drip pan. Our repair man came out the next day to fix the problem. He’s been great. The problem I have is the contractor that came to fix all the water damage. They DID NOT replace padding, carpet, or dry wall. “The carpet padding did its job.” That’s not its job! It’s not a sponge for soaking up water!!! They painted over the stained ceiling and walls. They cut out a chunk of my kitchen ceiling to get a paint match. Now I have a patch on my ceiling that looks like my kids did the work. The paint doesn’t match. It looks awful. I have paint specs all over my counters. No one has come back to finish the job or check on the quality. I am very disappointed!!!

These guys were wonderful! They came in and fixed an issue we were having with the pipes draining sewage from our home that were causing our toilets to backup into our house. Very down to earth and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely use them again if we need to. They really were wonderful. Professional and willing to help resolve the issues.

Their dedication to first time quality work is evident throughout the entire process. Hopefully I won’t need them but if a plumbing issue does arise at my house they’ll be the only company I call.

Few years ago we started having plumbing problems one after another. After experiencing several plumbing repair businesses my wife and I was never totally pleased with the service provided. One day we had a problem with a leaky shower. I went out on a limb and chose a small (at that time) ad on the internet search engine “Don’s Plumbing” and phone number, nothing fancy. I said to my wife that it can’t be any worse than the previous experience in the past. I made the call that morning and don was there within 5 hours later. Even though the issue was not urgent, Dons’ professionalism showed me that any issue is just important than the next. He took care of the problem quickly and was very reasonable rates. Don has a true passion for his work. Whenever there’s a plumbing service needed we call on Don for his GREAT SERVIVE, GREAT RATES AND GREAT PLUMBING. I have never found a more trustworthy plumber.

This is the first time we used Wright Way Plumbing. We needed a cleanout installed, and were frustrated after calling another plumbing company for over 6 weeks to get a quote. We called Wright Way plumbing and they visited within 2 days of my first call, gave a quote that same day, and we were on the schedule within about 2 weeks- working around Christmas/New Years. William and Dominique did an amazing job. They dug out the flowerbed and carefully removed/put back our plants. They took photos of their work, before burying it and sent to us. We saved hundreds of dollars going with Wright Way, and they were prompt and professional.

I don't know what happened to him but I had an impression he is ready to retire by the tone of his voice on the phone. Too bad. They were good.
