We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

High dollar any company that has to pull a book out to rip you off with proof that's one of them never will I call again or recommend also wanted to charge 1000 dollars to put a camera down the drain which the other plumber that I actually hired did for free unless you like giveing your money away call another plumber

We had another plumber company to come out and do some simple plumbing repairs and they flaked out on us. We than called a few different companies to come out and no one could for 2 to 3 days, however when we called Tidewater they came out within less than a hour and did a great Job I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIDEWATER THEY ARE GREAT!

The problem was not resolved. I was given estimates for what would improve air quality in the home. It was explained that I have a condensation issue because the plenum box the air handler sits on did not have insulation on the outside. The bottom of the air handler box is insulated and was soaked with water. As I was told by the tech it was from condensation. As it turned out the overflow port that could have been installed with an overflow line never had a plug in it from the day the unit was installed. There was only a knock out blank through a plastic cap that covered the secondary drain hole. When the drain is not working or slow all the the water was running down inside the air handler into the insulation and probably into the plenum for the fan. I think this is a failure on RS Andrews during installation. Because of this I now have a moisture problem that RS Andrews installation caused and are trying to use to sell a UV light to kill mold and bacteria. The technician said he would clean it up but when he returned with the estimate said his vacuum battery was dead. I was given two bottom line estimates to include the thermostat which had been determined to be faulty only because it did not switch the fan on quickly enough. The estimates did not have line item cost for comparison and if I didn't book the appointment this day I wouldn't get the discount being offered. I don't feel I should have to pay for the clean up or installing the overflow drain to prevent this problem. It should had been done in Feb. 2021 when the system was installed. I can't give a good review and have lost faith in the company R.S Andrews.

Roto Rooter made a scary stressful situation easy to manage and deal with. I had a pipe burst in my home and Roto Rooter was there before I even hung the phone up. Top to bottom they were extremely helpful walking me through the steps to resolve this issue. The tech that helped was Anthony. He was fantastic, he was professional, knowledgeable as well as kind and caring. He was flexible to my busy schedule and never made me feel like he was in a hurry. Water damage is a very stressful situation but Anthony and Roto Rooter really put my mind at ease. I appreciate there professionalism and speed but mostly their compassion and excellent customer service. I highly recommend that they are your first call in if you have plumbing or water mitigation issues.

We have used Mr. Rooter twice and both time have been a wonderful experience. The guys are professional, hard working, and get the job done right. A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!
