Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Chesapeake VA

Kelvin was both very polite and professional. I was impressed with his workmanship and knowledge of his trade. His price was highly competitive. He was a God send. He even installed my shower pan for me after modifying the plumbing. I give him 5 stars.

Initially, I was disappointed in the price not the service. The initial fee is $49 to come out which is deducted from service. After checking my shower leak, it was a valve needing replaced which caused the dripping. The quote before checking it was $225 then found out the part I had from Lowes would not work so the guy went to get another part to install. The work started at 1550 ( 3:50 pm) and ended about 1715 ( 5:15 pm) . Most of the time spent was difficulty getting the shower piece off then leaving to go and get the part. Putting the part on took every bit of 15 minutes. I am not sure how much the valve cost but it ended up being an additional $160 totaling cost of service $385. Wow, is all i can say! I'm an honest person and have no problems paying for service but I think this was extreme. This is an added comment just today….because the company did reimburse the additional $160! For that I would do business again because nothing was wrong with the service. Thank you!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. Probably the most honest man I've worked with in home repair and should be a first choice when getting work done. He explained all my options and what costs would look like for them. 6/5 stars!

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

If you need a plumber to actually show up, I do not recommend this company. I called, made an appointment and was given a timeframe to expect the plumber. No one ever came or even had the common courtesy to call if they couldn't make it.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Outstanding customer service. Once the tech was on her way, I received a text indicating who was coming, an explanation of her qualifications, and a personal note about her interest outside of work. I received a phone call from the tech because the address was wrong in the computer. After she verified the address she told me how long it would take to arrive.When she arrived, she evaluated the problem and then got straight to work with prepping the work area to protect the counter tops and floors. She diagnosed the problem in about 10-15 minutes and presented two possible courses of action. She began working on the less expensive option until it became evident that was no longer possible. Then she continued fixed the problem and tested her work to make sure it was satisfactory. Tabitha provided outstanding service from beginning to end. Great Job!

Pleasant to talk to when I was ordering repairs. Mike and his helper were on time and did a great job . I felt comfortable having them in my home. 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone.

The honest and most outright professional plumber's I've ever delt with!

Called Johnny on Sunday late afternoon. He said he would get someone out Monday morning. He called me back and asked if I had called the City of Norfolk. He said they would cover if it was their system. They came out and it was a clog between the house and sewage line. Johnny sent out Brian Monday morning. They arrived early and got it all fixed. Good price too.

This company took care of me. The technicians were awesome and tried every way they could to help me solve my issue. They went above and beyond for me. I strongly recommend them.

Zach came out and was very thorough with how to install the whole home water filtration system. He had installed other brands but not the one we bought (AquaOx). He took his time reading over the instructions, viewing the brands videos on their website and coming up with a plan to install it as well as update some of our outdated features. He was very professional, friendly and understanding when I was concerned or explained what he thought would be best. We have decided to move forward with A1 for the installation and are exited to have our whole home water filtration system up and running soon.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!
