I had water running from my house down the side walk. I called the water Dept and they immediately threw me off to calling a plumber. Your plumber knew exactly what he needed to do and he did it. I especially appreciate the fact that he kept me informed of the costs at all times.

My AC unit's compressor started to fail. Bud's did a great job analyzing my needs and presenting options for me. When I decided to replace the unit instead of repairing the unit they gave me several options and did no try to oversell. In the end I got a new Bosch system that is amazing. They were also able to schedule my install relatively quickly once I made my decision.
Best of all was their professionalism. It was great having techs, office personnel, and comfort advisors all willing to talk with me to help me get the information I needed each step of the way. Not once did I feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next customer. They went above and beyond explaining details and listening to my concerns. They even waived the off hours service call charge I had prior to my decision to replace the unit. Which I felt was more than fair.

We had a leaking faucet and very little pressure in both of our bathrooms. The technician was efficient, courteous, on time and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was happening and fixed the problem with no price haggling. Our plumbing is outdated. He had to go to the parts store and did so without a hassle. I will use them again. We have used other people but always a hidden fee. Not with this company.!
