Very professional and quick to repair for a fair price!

I have used this firm for years. The owner and his staff have always come to me quickly when necessary and the fix the issue--- large or small for what I feel is a reasonable price. They are folks you are very comfortable in having in your home and totally trustworthy!

These guys were great! I wanted to switch out some faucets including an oddball on my tub with a sprayer. They even went to go get a specialty part to install it. They checked a 20 yr old dishwasher to make sure everything was in good working order and worked on a toilet installation part that I just didn't want to fool with. I highly recommend and will be using them to install a new bathroom vanity in the future! Thank you guys!

We needed a new HVAC system as our condo's original 16-year old unit was leaking freon (which is no longer available). On the recommendation of my neighbors, I called Smith & Keene. They promptly sent a repairman to patch us up until an estimator could arrive. Thanks to S&K, we now have a new unit, installed on time and on target, albeit we did not have a replacement budgeted, the price was reasonable. Highly recommend Smith & Keene, especially for their professionalism.

Stephen, pleasant and professional, came out same day to estimate the job, then returned within the week. New can fixtures and under counter lighting transformed my kitchen. He cleaned everything up and took away my old fixture as well. Highly recommend!

Quality work, very much recommended. I needed him early to cap a gas line before an appliance delivery and he was completely accommodating. I have now called on him three times and I will the next time as well.

An employee from A1 American .Stop by one of home improvement ,to ask questions of how to do ,a change of a tub drain. For a customer that he is about to do a job. What a joke.
