Best Plumbing Leaks in Chesapeake VA

I am so frustrated. We have had these guys out twice to fix a mysterious issue with a toilet that bubbles. They were late to both of these appointments. Not a little late, HOURS late. We did some stuff on our own and did some more research to try to find out why after two visits it’s still bubbling. There is a vent pipe on the roof that is likely clogged. I call back for the THIRD TIME. They schedule me for 2-5. I get a call at 3 telling me they won’t be here until 6 or 7 pm. I get a call at 5pm telling me, sorry, they aren’t coming because it rained at our office and we can’t go on your roof.I said, “My roof is dry. It didn’t rain here.” So they tell me, well it doesn’t matter because it rained here and so we already sent the guys home.I asked if they could come back very first thing in the AM to fix the issue and I am told, we can have them there between 9 and noon, but it could be later depending on how long their first job goes.....this is crazy! I am 100% going with another company. Nobody was able to recommend anything that actually solved our issue in our first two visits, which we paid plenty for. We had to be detectives to try to figure out our plumbing issue even though we aren’t plumbers and you are incredibly unreliable!

Rob communicated with me by phone about the problem and proceeded to fix an outdoor leaking pipe. I could not be happier with the quick response and informative communication. Mr. Bertolino was referred to us by our landlord. As part of his service, Mr. Bertolino did a full inspection of the plumbing at the property we rent and advised us of issues of concern. We have been having constant blockages of one toilet in the house, which is cheap substandard toilet at 1.2 gallons per flush. He fixed drainage issues, repaired a bubbling and gurgling toilet and corrected Master Bathroom sink stoppers, that had been installed incorrectly prior to our tenancy, and that were installed in a manner that prevented us from unclogging the sinks on our own. Mr. Bertolino and his assistant left the premises clean and took care not to track any debris into the house or cause a mess. They were masked the entire time and followed CDC covid-19 guidelines as they worked. We have already recommended Mr. Bertolino to friends and family who are local homeowners for all their plumbing needs.

For the price to replace an external faucet I was expecting a professional job!! Contacted company last Thursday and appointment made for Saturday. Technician made contact Saturday morning and stated they were very busy and might arrive that afternoon. No other communications until Sunday at 3:30PM, at which time new appointment made for Tuesday. As displayed in the attached pictures, the old faucet was mounted against the siding and the new faucet was installed protruding about one inch from the siding with some installation tubing wrapped around. Would not recommend A1 American, poor workmanship.
