Steve was great! I asked Premier to help with some plumbing issues identified on the inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector told me there were no drains piped from the hot water heater and the attic HVAC unit as required. Steve found the existing drains and saved me time and money! They could have taken advantage but they did not. I also used Premier over the summer with a leak repair under the house, and they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. THANKS

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Our garbage disposal stopped working the same day we were expecting out of town guests. Michael and Sons came out within a couple hours of my call. Moe was awesome. He looked me up and knew that I had a service agreement and got me the best price available to replace my disposal. He had it in and running before our guests arrived. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

We have had 2 issues with our air-conditioner in the last 3 months both different issues.We were given great service within a short period of time, with courteous repair men. They took pictures of the problem, gave us a fair estimate and fixed the problems both times. We knew what had to be repaired and that is what they did.
