After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

Nowadays it hard to find a company that cares about your money as well as their own. Prior to calling Michael's, I called Perez Interprises to ask if they could come and repair my hot water heater. The young lady was short and rude. She told me that if my hot water heater was over two years ago, replacement is what they recommend. I got upset and let her know how crazy she sounded. At that point she told me that she didn't want to waste he time. I said ok, what their cost to replace the unit She told me $2100.00 and that if any thing other than a standard replacement, its going to be even more. She was supposed to email the quote to me that Saturday morning. I have seen the quote yet, today is Wednesday. I called Michael and Sons after speaking with Perez Interprises. The customer experience was as different as day and night. The young lady was professional and polite. She gave me a price on $69.00 to troubleshoot the issue with my hot water heater. The next morning I called back and set up the appointment. The technician Lukasz arrived (on time, and professionally dressed. He did a great job evaluating and troubleshooting. He determined and I agreed that the money spent to repair a six year old heater should go to purchasing a new hot water heater. It was a great experience dealing with Michael and Sons from setting up the appointment to the service rendered. Lukasz is the guy that I want to take care of any issues I have in the future. Raymond was extremely professional and efficient. Completely remodeled our shower by himself over the course of a week. Knowledgeable and courteous was always easy to talk to and explained what was going on if we ever had questions. Would definitely hire again for any plumbing needs.

I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

These guys did a great job! Got me the system I wanted after all the research I did and even made sure my duct system was correct for the system I wanted. They were even quick to get someone out on a weekend to fix an issue that can up to make sure everything was good a few days later. I will be calling them back for my yearly maintenance and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new system. My energy bills are already dropping. Thanks guys!!

My hot water heater ruptured at 2030 on a Tuesday and Justin along with Trey were at my house at 0830 the next morning. They were consummate professionals the entire time they were in my garage. They were courteous and polite and worked as hard as they could on a difficult removal and replacement. I can't thank them and Atomic Pluming enough. I'll call them for anything in the future and you should too!

John and his crew came out and fixed my leak on my sink and my bathroom tub, they were fast and to the point explaining everything along the way and making sure I knew what they were doing as they were doing so! (I ask a lot of questions) didn’t give me any fuss or hassle on the things needing repaired and didn’t try to push any other sales on me. Prices are great and will definitely be using their company again when the time comes!
