I got an appointment quickly and was able to work with the same plumber so I only needed to explain the issue once. They were able to replace the anode in my water heater and that solved a water odor issue I was having. The only complaint was just that we seemed to have some scheduling conflicts but further communication sorted that out.

Recently purchased a home in Virginia Beach and found a leak under the faucet. Called Tony and he worked me into his busy schedule to get the leak repaired. He also removed an old reverse osmosis system that was under the sink (cause of the leak). He was fair and professional. Would definitely recommend.
