Kelvin was extremely professional and courteous to our urgent needa! He has worked in our home before and we contacted him again for his expertise. We have a Rheem water heater. We needed a part ordered directly from Rheem and Kelvin took care of it by contacting the company and expedited the shipping! The part took 2 days to come in and Kelvin came to repair our water heater that same day! We are so relieved to have a repair man like Kelvin! We will definitely be referring our friends and family when in need of a fantastic and reputable plumber!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

My second floor tube was leaking into my neighbors garage. Justin was very professional, friendly, communicated well. He explained what the problem was and what he did to fix in a clear and easy to understand manner. Cost was very reasonable. I was really pleased and will definitely use him in the future.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

I had an emergency during the worst time possible. A frozen pipe busted during the winter snow storm I called EVERY COMPANY that I pulled up. Everybody was talking about being able to come out no earlier than 2 days! Last number I called was All Day Plumbing. I believe her name was Stephanie that took the call if not I do apologize. She was SO Courteous and polite. She gave me a date of the next day or later on, on the day that the pipe busted. She called me back and told me that someone would be out there the day of my call! I was so greatful being that I had a baby in the house as well as other family. If you all look at reviews like I do, then you will see the name Raymond over and over again. Guess who shows up to my door within 27 minutes of me hanging up the phone? RAYMOND!!! I couldn’t get no big name company out to help me and my family but Raymond at All Day Plumbing was on the job! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and he was so nice. He kept a smile on his face even when I was confused about some things. He made sure I understood before I signed any paperwork. Raymond is awesome! Thank you all so much.

They are certainly transparent about cost, and the technician I met with was prompt and polite.Now to the negative: I called because my tankless water heater is installed improperly, causing some inconsistency in it's operation. I was already aware that the problem was electrical, and I said as much on the phone AND to the technician. I also said that what I wanted (I said this several times) was to get the system that is currently in place up to speed if at all possible. I was told that I would have to have it re-wired, and have my breaker panel modified (it IS possible to fix the one I already have).$170 later, I have a quote for a whole new larger system, installed. The price quoted to me is the highest end of average, according to another company I have called, and it is for the larger system, which I also said I am not interested in. I feel like they could have at least saved me the trouble by asking for a model number and pictures, which is all that the technician did the day of his visit. I had to actually call them 2 days later to get my quote sent to me, because they forgot to send it.When I reiterated the course of action I'm interested in on the phone, all they wanted to do is repeat the reasons for their recommendation, without allowing me any say in the cost-benefit decision of which option fits my needs (I do not need a larger system: I am in a one story home less than 2k sq feet, and even the improperly installed system I currently have fits my needs, it just has quirks).I don't think it's intentional deception, just maybe too large a business to put much thought or energy into actual customer care or relation.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!
